This is a legit loan agency. It is my 2nd time taking out a loan from this company. The first time I borrowed the agents responded quickly. The second time I borrowed the agents there responded slowly when you have questions or concerns. I gave it 3 stars for the late reply. Other than that it is a fair offer.

Overall, it was average. I have had better experiences for personal loans. 1. Could never reach anyone by phone. 2. Funds were not deposited when I was told they would be. In fact, the fund arrived two days later. This was right at Christmas, so it was very inconvenient. Because of these two things, I began to worry I had been the victim of some sort of fraud.

60 month loan was there when I needed them, but the interest rate is very high and if it had not been for the Lord blessing me and my husband to pay the loan off early we would of paid back almost triple the amount we borrowed. I really appreciate the loan when needed but mostly I thank God for saving us from paying all that interest!!!!!

I'm sorry that the process was a little slower than you expected, a lot of times when our process goes slow it because we are making sure we have all the documents and information to make a good risk decision. When we advertise we have our prime offers and other offers that people can get. Everyone when they apply can get the prime offer, but that doesn't mean that you will get the prime offer. We don't know what offer you will get until the application and Bank statement Review is complete. Only applications that meet the highest standards will be able to get the prime offer. Things we take into consideration, your FICO Score, your income, your debt to income ratio, and the average balance in your account. The better each of these are the better shot you have to get a prime offer. Our hope for you with this loan is that it helps you out in the ways you needed and you are financially empowered, your credit score gets better from lending with us. Also we use a simple interest model which means that we only charge you interest on the principal and not on interest. This makes any additional payment go towards the principal of your loan!

The process was quick and easy. The customer service was very good. The timing was fast. The only thing I would complain about would be the interest rate is very high but if you are in an emergency situation like I was then you do what you have to do.

The payments I was put on was not shown as bi-weekly payments. I needed the money so I had no choice but to take it.

Bi-weekly payment options are offered to people who get paid bi-weekly because we like to schedule your payments to come out on the day you get paid, so you don't have to worry about having funds in your account. The Bi-weekly payment option is also the least expensive loan option because you are paying down the principle faster and will have to pay less interest over all. We do have semi-monthly and Monthly payment plans that you can do. It's best to ask for one of those options before you sign loan documents because then you are agreeing to the terms you want. If you do want to switch your program to a monthly program we can totally do that, However because you are on a bi-weekly payment schedule your loan will extend out a little longer than the original term 2-3 months when you switch to a monthly program, because we just combine 2 payments. You can always give us a call at 844-707-7300 to switch your payment dates.

Pre-approved for one thing and given another. 10% more interest and 2k less. Trying to call and talk to anyone is horrible. But came through after 5 days wait and multiple calls. Better then a bunch of others. Not sure if recommend but it'll do in a pinch
