The process was easy

The entire process (pre-approval through money receipt) was fairly easy, although it took a bit longer than I was expecting overall. I was pre-approved for one loan amount, but offered a lower amount. Call response was a mixed bag. When selecting option 1, I always got someone. Option 2, always required me to leave a message and wait for someone to call me back.

Pre-approved for one thing and given another. 10% more interest and 2k less. Trying to call and talk to anyone is horrible. But came through after 5 days wait and multiple calls. Better then a bunch of others. Not sure if recommend but it'll do in a pinch

60 month loan does a pre-qualification, tells you everything looks good, then no answer. I called a few times waiting to hear back. By the 4th day with no response, I assumed I didn't get the loan and as I write this no letter telling me I was declined. I was able to send an email and finally a call back telling me the loan wasn't approved and they never explained why. Never again with this company
