The service is very good. Fast delivery and a better price. The coffee did not met my expectations and tasted totally different from the description.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Produkten, die ich erhalten habe. Allerdings wusste ich nicht, dass sie alle einzeln geliefert werden würden ...! Drei Kaffeedosen, drei Lieferungen, drei Kartons ... Das ist nicht sehr umweltfreundlich. Daher werde ich leider nach einem etwas grüneren Service suchen.

Hi Estelle, die Röster verschicken die Bestellungen direkt, dadurch können wir die Frische garantieren (und vermeiden den Weg vom Röster in ein zentrales Lager). Das nächste Mal einfach vom gleichen Röster bestellen.
