Feeling duped.
Feeling duped. Radio station 99.7 acted like you call in to win 3 day 2 night vacation to Las Vegas. I called in and "won" however had to put $99 deposit (which would be returned with no damage). That's fine. Then when I get the call back, it's $100 gift card returned to make up for the $99. That's fine. Call to book and there is all kinds of extra fees when you call to book. Still giving 2 stars because the customer service was pleasant and they went ahead and refunded my $99 (at least I'm told it's being refunded) otherwise it would be a 1. However, I'm not one that enjoys being duped into "winning" and wasting my time & energy.
