I subscribed then Canceled in the first few days. Three months later and still no cancellation. They wanted me to have a call with them on an international line to cancel a $14.99 subscription. Emailed multiple times on every address possible. Still getting charges.

Terrible experience with this product/company. After they lured you in with the idea of 500apps, they insist on on boarding and they do it but the products do not work and no one answers the support requests sent from the application. Chat support is available but if there is something they can not resolve they tell you they will get back to you soon but never do. Do not subscribe until you test the product and support, see if it works for you. In the CRM.io when you create a Lead/Contact you are forced to enter the email address even though potential customer might not have provided it to you. Other CRMs allow you to enter what information you have available. I suggested this change but they did not care.
