Their support application not creating tickets Email services wasn't functioning There is no way to cancel the subscription !!! Which is illegal Their is a loop, where you are charged and you can't do anything Absolute disaster and scam

I purchased their subscription and quickly ran into multiple serious issues: Broken APIs, As a developer, I tested their APIs extensively, and I’d say only about 15% of them actually work. The rest either fail or return errors. Non-existent Support – I sent over 7–8 emails about these problems and never received a single response. Impossible to Cancel, When I try to cancel my workspace, clicking “Submit” just triggers an infinite loading loop. Their backend throws errors ("Error list index out of range") and never processes the cancellation. For anyone considering their subscription: be prepared to face these issues. In the end, the only way I could stop the charges was by cancelling my bank card and getting a new one. My advice: avoid this service entirely.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE to their software subscription. Half their apps don't work or are very buggy and they make it impossible to cancel your subscription. They'll still take money out of your account after you try to cancel! I'm having to cancel it via my bank.

So difficult to cancel account. When I first requested to cancel, I was told that I would get an email in 24-48 hours. The email was to schedule a call to talk me out of canceling. I went to the website and argued with the chat tool who also wanted to schedule a call. I wish that one of the 500 Apps could handle the cancelation of the 500 Apps account.

they sell your phone number to tele marketers, and the $15 price is misleading because you end up paying for everything else separately.

I subscribed then Canceled in the first few days. Three months later and still no cancellation. They wanted me to have a call with them on an international line to cancel a $14.99 subscription. Emailed multiple times on every address possible. Still getting charges.

Terrible experience with this product/company. After they lured you in with the idea of 500apps, they insist on on boarding and they do it but the products do not work and no one answers the support requests sent from the application. Chat support is available but if there is something they can not resolve they tell you they will get back to you soon but never do. Do not subscribe until you test the product and support, see if it works for you. In the CRM.io when you create a Lead/Contact you are forced to enter the email address even though potential customer might not have provided it to you. Other CRMs allow you to enter what information you have available. I suggested this change but they did not care.

Does anyone really trust their company data to such petty thieves who, having taken $15 by fraud, are not ready to refund it? They will promise 2 weeks free trial, but they will charge your card immediately , they will assure you that you yourself asked them to charge your card, and then they will try to convince you to continue testing their services for 30 days. They will call you and promise to refund you again and again, but they don't refund you your money. Who are you fooling? Themselves. =============== UPD: our bank has refunded their charge 03/09/2023 500APPS.COM_800********** 500APPS.COM NJ -$14.99 ============= From: Ponoma info at________.com> Date: Sat, Feb 25, 2023 at 2:09 AM Subject: Fwd: Re: 500apps Cancellation Team To: support at______.com> Hi Harika, Not interested, I don't change my mind. If the offer specifies 2 weeks of a free trial period, then only scammers immediately charge the provided credit card data, without waiting for the expiration of 2 weeks or thinking up why they urgently need to take the money. You have devalued your service in my eyes by this act. ============== Harika Bunga harika.bunga*******500apps.com via ponomasteel.com Feb 20, 2023, 9:07 PM to info Hello Uri, Hope you are doing well!!
