I have to be honest, I purchased four Micky Thompson tires from this 4wheelonline.com at a very good price. After the purchase was made, I read the reviews and became a little worried. My experience was a great one! I received a call from a rep of the company within one business day of placing my order. The rep advised that my tires were on back order and that it would be approximately four weeks before they would be shipped to me. I advised that I could wait. I received my tires today which made it only approximately two weeks since the order was made. I am very pleased with the service that I received and will do business with this company in the future. I don't understand why people are giving such bad reviews about this company. They were very honest and up front with me on my order and the tires were shipped in a very fast manner. As described, NO HIDDEN FEES AND FREE SHIPPING!!! Some people need to understand that when ordering from online companies, there may be a delay in orders. “I don't know why everyone else is crying about this company. Maybe because they are TOO IMPATIENT. I had a very positive experience. First, I ordered a Yoshi exhaust for my 250X, It was over $100.00 cheaper then anywhere. About 30min after I ordered, I got a call from 4wheelonline, saying they can't ship to Canada for free, but will let me know the $. I thought, WOW they called right away instead of waiting days, like other people experienced. He called back within the hour and gave me a shipping option, or cancelation at no extra charge. I took the shipping option. Within 3 days I had an email containing my invoice. I emailed to confirm it was being sent to Canada, and within 6 hours I had a reply. Then, July 10, 2014, I requested a tracking number, because I had not heard anything for 1 week. Today I get the tracking number, and find out the package was sent on July 7, and it will be here on Tuesday. I am shocked they could get the exhaust shipped from china to them, then from them to me in only 2 weeks. I order from Ebay and I wait 3-4 weeks minimum. So all you cry babies complaining about this company should get a grip and relax. Most of the issues are your own fault for not verifying it will fit your vehicle. You just click, click , click like no big deal. 4 wheelonline has SUPERIOR customer service and excellent support. Don't listen to all the complaints, they are ridiculous claims made because of buyer errors. So I thought I would let you all know my experience, because it was completely opposite to what the others are saying. ”

Read many bad reviews of this company in the past, but I order the maxxis mud bug atv tires from them and recieved them In 2 days! All of the sizes were correct and as said to be.

I just bought a full teraflex long arm 4" lift kit and fox shocks and xd rims and finally nitto trail grapplers m/t for my jeep wrangler 2013 every thing came in less than a week all in time and all the right parts ! I also called in and talked to them to confirm my order they are just ask bad as comcast when it comes to answering there phone but once they do they are really nice and helpful !!! really great prices and great service will be buying from them agian for sure !!!

Purchased a tonneau cover from this site. Time from placing order to receiving cover was 1 DAY. This may have been due to it being drop shipped from ND and I live in MN. I have no complaint about the service I received.

Very pleased with 4-Wheel Online (4WO). Price, product quality, and fast shipping all combined for a smooth excellent transaction. Since they have much of their merchandise drop-shipped, there can be a slight delay between order placement and product delivery but in my case the wait was minimal (MagnaFlow Cat Back Exhaust for 2007 Tahoe). The product was $115 less than any of ten sources I compared. It was authentic, complete, and better than described! Free shipping too! My experience wth 4WO was positive in every regard. And no, I am NOT associated with 4WO in any way. Never have been, never will, just a very happy customer.
