They are extremely slow to refund your money. I ordered a wheel on 11/23, and someone called me on 11/24 to tell me that the wheel was out of stock at the manufacturer, so the order would be canceled. It is now 12/9 and I still haven't received a refund, so I emailed them. The response was that the upon verification that the order was canceled, the refund would be processed, but would take 3-4 days to be processed through my card. It sounds like someone on their end screwed up, never canceled the order, and now it will take 3 weeks to get a refund.

I ordered a set of vision wheels from them. The wheels came and two of them were damaged. One from shipping and one has a significant defect in the machine finish. During this time I decided to lower the car and needed a narrower wheel anyway. So I submitted a return request for the two damaged wheels and ordered two more. When I called to check the status of the return request, the guy I spoke to was incredibly rude. He was condescending and just talked over me. They gave me the runaround always telling me that the returns guy was out and to call back next week. When I finally talked to the returns person, he was nicer, but also didn’t help. They told me that fedex would be by to pick them up, but provided no time frame or documentation. So I was instructed to just leave them outside for FedEx to pick them up. After several days I called back and got the runaround again. They are either completely incompetent or intentionally deceitful. Either way, I regret doing business with them. As a business owner, I know that this sort of poor customer service is not how you succeed long term or grow your business.

Shipped me rotors that got damaged in transit, then claimed I installed them and tried to charge me a 50% restocking fee, for an item they claimed they now couldn't sell and must be destroyed. Why is there a restock fee on an item you can't sell? Hmm, suspicious. 4wheelparts should be avoided at all costs, they are literal THIEVES. They will steal your money if you have any issue with your items.

Horrible dishonest return policy

I called 4wheelonline to confirm that they had a specific part in stock and that it was readily available to ship BEFORE I purchased the product (headers). The rep confirmed that multiple units were available and that the order would likely ship the following day.. I completed the purchase online and recieved an order confirmation.. I recieved a phone call the next morning explaining that they would have to charge me $100+ over what their website had the item priced at due to some BS about the distributor... Oddly enough, the same product was readily available at the same (lower) price I had agreed to pay from many other retailers online.. as such I was forced to cancel my order and buy the item elsewhere... Charging one price online and then jacking that price up over $100 more after purchase is dishonest business. If you can't afford to sell a product at the price it's listed on your website, then change your website... The bait and switch isn't honest business

Left a duplicate charge on my credit card for over a week. It took emails and phone calls every day during this period until they finally resolved it. Once I did get my wheels and tires I had a scratched wheel which I emailed them about multiple times and still have got no response.

Look out for these scammers, they sell under the Amazon store "4WheelOnline"!! What a joke customer service at this web store. They won't even follow the Amazon A to Z Guarantee, they want $$ more than anything. I have been going back and forth with them for a week about a misleading product title, they won't take back. Attached is a photo of what they sent is a direct replacement, as you can see it's the wrong part.

Beware!!! I place my order over a month ago. 2 weeks after ordering I reached out to JP asking for an update. I was told "I will let you know when I hear something from our warehouse". Week 3 I reach back out and JP got smart over an email (all caps)asking what's my phone number. Another week goes by and I hit him back up with no reply!!! 3days later I reached out to "management" I get a reply back that said Ward trucking has your order here is your BOL call them?!? Why was I not given a tracking number? Why did 4 wheel online NEVER reach out to me? I will NEVER order anything from them again! Worst experience ever.
