I can't really comment on the customer service side of things. No one spoke with me or sent me any kind of update. I ordered the nerf bars and per the email i was told to not contact them until after 5 days without a tracking number. On the fourth day the bars arrived. The only problem I had with 4wheel online is the package had to be signed for and what if no one was here. I had no clue when the item was to arrive since no one emailed me a tracking number and they don't want customers contacting them till after 5 business days. The issue I have with N-Fab is that the left side nerf bar is millimeters away from from my bedside panel, and I had to cut my flare in order for the bar to even fit.

I had an issue with the part I ordered. Customer Service was very helpful and fast.

Good deal good service

I was surprised to have no instruction's and was missing a few bolt's. But when I called Stacey emailed me instruction's at least , have the back lift to do yet hope it go's well

I shopped around for a Fabtech 6" lift and I couldnt beat the price on 4wheelonline. I ordered my lift on Feb 28th and it arrived on March 6th! I didn't revieve a tracking number, so I called the guys at 4wheelonline and they have me my "pro number" which is a tracking number for their shipping company. He explained I can call them to schedule my delivery date or I could wait for them to call me. I called them and they scheduled my delivery for the next day! I would recommend this company. They have the best prices, good customer service and quick, free shipping!!!
