I'm finding 4 Wheel online to have important information and be quite entertaining. Would like to see more articles about some of the items that more budget minded people could afford. It's great to see what's out there, but for those of us that aren't rich or given products to advertise still want our ride to get us to back home.

I ordered an Engo 9000lb winch through this company a little while ago and a day or two after ordering it I received a call from the company. They told me the model winch i had ordered was on back order and wouldnt be available for another three weeks, so what they were willing to do was bump the model up to a 10,000lb winch free of charge. I believe i received the winch within the week of getting the phone call. It also came to me undamaged and had all of the mounting hardware needed to install it onto my winch bumper. You guys deserve a 5/5 for your excellent customer service! Customer service like that is very hard to come by these days but you guys went out of your way to satisfy me and i really appreciate that. I will definitely remain a loyal customer of yours.

The product I bought online was a great value. It was shipped from the manufacturer but they sent the wrong one. I was going to be near a local store so I stopped in. The staff there was great. They made the exchange with no questions asked. They also answered questions about other products with complete honesty

I was looking for a good deal on some truck wheels for my 2015 Ford F-150 and 4WheelOnline's customer service helped me with an amazing deal on some KMC Wheels!
