I was able to return my ring and pinion set due to not actually needing a rear end rebuild (turned out to be a transfer case problem). Return shipping was all the way to California which was very expensive $40.

Initial order was incorrectly filled even though all details of vehicle were provided. I contacted company by phone, explained they shipped me the wrong shocks and re-ordered. I was required to pay for the second set, arranged pick up of the incorrect shocks and ultimately was credited for the incorrect shocks. At one time I had 8 shocks, of which only 4 were correct. I like the shocks so far, the company was responsive but lots of effort to buy standard application, nothing special shocks. Yes I would buy again but not with an online order, only over phone to avoid the issues.

The sales staff were, and have been, very attentive. The shipping was prompt, and the product was just what I was looking for, with one exception. The wheel/tire package I purchased included 4 new TPM'S which my car's unit would not read. I ordered and paid for 4 replacements from 4wheel, and returned first 4 for a refund. I am still waiting patiently for the refund. In the meantime, the second 4 were installed locally and found out I had one more faulty one. I purchased one locally and am now in business! I am out about six hundred dollars. Maybe I was too generous with 4 stars........

I had issues with my first Bull Bar (scratches, dents, etc) but all my issues were corrected and I was sent another to replace it free of charge. I would give a 5 star review but due to issues I decided on 4 stars.

Great price. Only small issue was they only ship to credit card address. Requested shipping to my business location. Other than this, the transaction and shipping was very good.
