After you sending me a product that didn't fit veh. you were going to send me a return. I shipped back your product and they have not sent my return, excuse after excuse. It seems that if these people ever got caught telling the truth they would lie there way out of it.

Poor representation of actual products. What the ad shows isn't what you will get when it's delivered. Horrible customer service. Shop elsewhere.

One guy tried to sell me rims he liked. Didnt provide tracking numbr when order was complete. I called to get one and they gave me a run around. They sent the wrong lug nuts, and wouldn't send correct ones unless I bought new ones then sent incorrect ones back and waited for a refund. Difficult to deal with and would not recommend to others. The only positive, my rims came in in 4 days.

4 Wheel Online has Slow Customer Service and Refunds take 2 weeks... Make sure to read the fine print!!!.. They don't refund all your money!! I will never buy from this company ever again!!

I purchased a jeep lift kit this week. This was not a cheep kit. The shipping was free but it took over a week to get here. The box was damaged but everything inside looked ok. But no instructions. I opened everything up and set aside a Saturday for the install. I got the front suspension installed but when I got to the rear we noticed one of the rear shocks was a little different with the wrong part number stamped on it. Frustrating but no big deal. I'll just call and get the correct one sent out. LOL. Thats when the real problem starts. 4wheelinonline took no response ability for the problem. They even blamed me for no checking all the part numbers before starting the job. They made me pay for a new shock and advised me if I wanted it shipped asap I would need to pay the shipping cost. I buy a lot of off road products and never been treated like that. Stay away from them.
