4wo dId an excellent job on this purchase. Unfortunately, the product is far below expectations for the price. Quality was very poor.

CANCELLED ORDER DELIVERED ANYWAY (MY mistake)
We ordered a lift kit and then on the very next day cancelled the order. Mistake I made was that I did not get a cancellation number or the name of the person I spoke with. So that was my mistake. My part was delivered effeciently and on time and my account was charged. I called to express my concern about all this and was transferred to Sharon Burkhart in customer service. It took about 1 1/2 weeks after I returned the unopened package at no cost to me and I was also not charged a restocking fee. My account was fully credited. shame on me for not getting a cancellation number and name, and I am pleased in the manner in which 4wheels on line handled my returning of this item and reimbursement to my account.
