I wrote a review on 14 Jan for a Jeep soft top from 4wheelonline. I wasn’t happy with the manufacture BestTop, & not with 4wheelonline. I do dispute about 4wheelonline saying they had been trying to contact me for a week. That’s strange, I got their email saying they’ve been trying to contact me! I also notice a few other bad reviews about them saying they’ve been trying to contact that customer too. Again strange. So, not sure they would get a didn’t rating because all 4wheelonline did was shopped a product I ordered. I should’ve ordered directly from BestTop & not deal with a middleman.

Ordered 4 wheels. They sent one the wrong size. Then told me wheels were on back order for 90 days. Slow return policy. I am still waiting to get back on the road with only three wheels.

I bought a replaceable soft top for my Jeep Wrangler. It fits fine but has a wrinkle on both driver & passenger side doors by the handle area. Looks like it was made an inch too long. Looks tacky but I’m stuck with it. Thought Bestop was a better maker of tops seeing how there’s better technology out there, such as laser machinery, to make things fit better. Just disappointed.

Good day Judy, I'm sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the product. We though do not manufacture the products we just a retailer. We have been trying to reach you for a week to see if we can set you up for a return but have not heard from you. Have a nice day D

Since my order (33396) has yet to arrive, I am less than satisfied. I understand it is not the fault of 4WheelOnline that my package was lost with UPS, I do fault 4WheelOnline for not working with me in order for me to get my part timely while UPS conducts their investigation which is now over 2 weeks old. Passing the buck and stating once UPS finalizes their claim there is nothing we can do, is quite frankly unacceptable. The customer service rep at 4WheelOnline was not helpful and was quite "short" with me. I wish I had his name to provide but I do not.

hard to get in contact with . call phone # listed and it just rings. have to try many times. can not talk with person in return dept. 3 of the 4 wheels i bought are "OUT OF ROUND" by the time this was noticed by tire service company, 3000 miles on tires, tires now have to be replaced. i am attempting a replacement claim, my review may or may not improve based on the outcome.

Great prices on wheels. Pleasant salesman. I asked some questions and finished my purchase. I hung up and realized I didn't remember discussing lug nuts. I called back immediately and found that the salesman I had was probably too busy with someone else and somebody else had to help me. I was informed I would have to purchase a lug nut kit for 50.00. My wheels arrived as promised and I immediately discovered 2 problems. Didn't need the extra 50.00 lug nut kit and that the directional wheels I purchased would be going in opposite directions on each side of my car. I had at the time of purchase asked if there was a separate passenger and driver side wheel pattern and was told that I would receive that. I called onlinewheel and was told that I could not get help from a person but would have to go through a ridiculous email exchange procedure which is their company policy. I ended up finding out on my own that the wheels I purchased do not come in a driver/passenger side pattern. This is something that the salesman should have known or found out at the time of my purchase. So I decided to test fit the wheels. I immediately found that the wheel supplier who acquired and machined the wheels had stripped the screws in the wheel center caps when they replaced the center caps after machining the wheels. I couldn't even remove the caps on 2 of the wheels. At that time I called back and was once agin referred to the difficult email procedure for resolution. Deciding that I already had so much time and money involved and would become so aggravated that I would take the chance of fixing the wheels myself and hope I wouldn't damage the delicate chrome surface. This is probably the intention of that company policy. I found that the wheels were not threaded deeply enough for the screws that held on the caps and the wheel supplier hadn't picked up on it when they tightened the screws. After 7 hours of resolving that problem I test fit the wheels and everything seemed ok. I had the tires mounted and balanced and when I went to install them I discovered that the lug nut holes had not been machined deeply enough and my lug nuts did not thread on far enough to be correctly installed. I now would have to pay for tire removal and shipping and tire reinstallation. How many emails would that take to get resolved?

I ordered 4 toyo tires on 3-7-18. I received 2 tires of the wrong size. I finally received the right tires on 4-10-18. I felt during all the numerous phone calls that no one wanted to help me. They did have the lowest price I could find on the tires.
