Paid for Rancho 9000xl adjustable shocks and they shipped me out some low end $30.00 shock. I would not spend much here - go easy and order little as possible. I'm glad I only ordered the 4 shocks and not anymore. Customer Service is tough to get through to a human. Spend a little extra somewhere else and you'll get better service and less headaches. Just my experience. I WISH I HAD READ MORE OF THE BAD REVIEWS PEOPLE ARE POSTING ON THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. THEY DO NOT STOCK ANYTHING. THEY BLIND DROP SHIP. AGAIN THEY ARE IN A CLOSET SOMEWHERE AND OWN NOTHING BUT A 1970 ROTARY PHONE.. GOOD LUCK.

I ordered a lift kit last week from 4 Wheel Online. I called them before the order and had a great experience talking with one of their reps. I had the kit in the next day and was extremely happy. I installed it this weekend and ran into my first bad experience. The rear lift used 3" blocks and came with u-bolts that would fit up to a 10" lift. Consequently the threads were about 6" longer than needed. I am not a professional installer and only had the tools recommended on the instructions. Putting just the u-bolts on took me almost 3 hours as I could only tighten each of the 8 nuts on the u-bolts about 2" before the deep socket would not work. I would then have to cut each bolt with a hack saw and then tighten another 2". I had to do this 3 times on each of the 8 studs of the 4 u-bolts. I didn't know if the lift kit manufacturer just had one u-bolt size regardless of lift size or if the larger u-bolts were sent by mistake or if this was a shortcut by the lift manufacturer. It was Sunday so there was no support available and the front of the truck was already lifted so I had no choice but to deal with this way into the night. The nylon lock nuts had to travel so far up the u-bolts in addition to the cutting that the nylon was literally coming out of the nuts by the end. With the new work week I called 4 Wheel Online to tell them about the issue and to find out if this was a normal process or if the wrong u-bolts were sent. If this was normal I was going to suggest listing the additional tools needed to cut and die the u-bolts to the shorter length to save a tremendous amount of time and labor. I was also now concerned if I needed to replace the nylon lock nuts due to the excess travel & wear putting them on. That's when things went from great, to not so good, to terrible service. The service rep said he would talk to the 4 wheel online warehouse that sent out the kit to review the situation. He then called me back to say that the wrong u-bolts may have been sent but that since I modified (cut) them without just sending them back I would be responsible for any new u-bolts or nuts. You have to be kidding me!!! I had no idea they were the wrong u-bolts! To tell me that I now needed to go locate new nuts to fit the u-bolts, if they will even go on the u-bolts since they were cut and at mu cost is ridiculous. No where in the literature does it show the exact size of the u-bolts that should have come with the kit so how would I have known. Much less an apology for their mistake and now the tremendous amount of extra labor involved. BE AWARE of using 4 Wheel Online. Once they have your money you are responsible for their mistakes!!! It would have been a very inexpensive fix for them to offer new u-bolts (the correct ones) and new nuts. And maybe a simple apology for all of my extra work. But nothing other than your on your own. BE AWARE before you use this company!

This company is nothing but a drop-ship company. You pay them, they order it from someone else, and then they no longer care what happens. Thirty-four days after ordering the product, eighteen days after I was told I would receive it, 30 minutes on the phone with them trying to find my order and being told they can't find it, being told my order fell through the cracks, continuously being told it is the manufacturers fault that it is backorder dates are changing for the last 5 weeks, being told it will be at least another 15 days, they said they will start the refund process. I would not recommend doing business with 4wheelonline.com to anyone.

THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD BEFORE THEY SHIP GOODS THEN AFTER CALLING EVERYDAY IT TOOK THEM 5 DAYS TO TELL ME THEY CAN'T DELIVER TO CA AND TAKING THEIR TIME CREDITING MY CREDIT CARD. THEY GIVE YOU THE I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE. NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS YOU SHOULD ONLY CHARGE WHEN YOU SHIP LIKE NOBLE COMPANIES

Well i bought 4 tires 6 days ago and still waitting for a tracking number . I contacted them and now i have to wait 3 more day for an answer. After i paid 1600 for the tire im still waitting with no answer what so ever. Last time that i buying from you that for sure. Thanks

I made a simple online purchase of a set of Aries 3D Liner floor mats for my 2006 Titan. The mats were shipped and recieved in 2 days. The large rear mat had been folded in half, which created an irreversible crease in the center. I believe it should have been rolled instead. But that's the least of my concerns. Upon recieving the product, I determined the mats were not what I anticipated. No problem. Ship them back at my cost, minus the 20% restocking fee, and get a refund. I contacted their refunds department, obtained their MRA tracking # and shipped them via UPS. I emailed them back and provided the UPS tracking number. They recieved the product on 10/29 and said they'd issue a refund. Some time went by, so I emailed the refunds contact and waited 48 hours for a response. None came. I emailed the customer service department and they played dumb with me, then ignored me. I finally had to file a CC dispute for my refund. I later found out that the Navy Federal Credit Union, another banking instituition from mine, will not even approve CC transactions to this merchant anymore because of all the disputes they've recieved towards them. Part of being a reputable company is having good customer service, not just shipping out products in 2 days.

I ordered a 4 inch suspension lift kit for my truck 2 months ago, still haven't received it. They've been telling me for 3 weeks that it'll be here by friday. I'm so fed up I told them to cancel it and refund my money and they told me I have to wait 10-15 business days to get my 1400 bucks back on my debit card. I asked to talk to a supervisor and the guy played me off and said I need to call 3 hours later so I did and no-one answered the phone for over 15 minutes so I finally hung up. I can't get a tracking number, refunded or my product in a realistic time. I also emailed customer service last week and still haven't received a reply, this place is awful and corrupt.

I didn't think to read the reviews before ordering but in this day in age when information is so available we all should take advantage of this. I have a brand new Jeep Unlimited JK. Last item on the list was wheels and tires. 4wheelsonline had good pricing on some XD wheels I wanted so I purchased. They shipped quick but when I got them they had the wrong bolt pattern. Lucky I checked it before going down to my local installer. I removed my spare and attempted to mount it for fit. Sure enough wrong bolt pattern. CRAP! Called 4WO and told them they didn't fit. Checked my invoice and the correct wheels are stated on the invoice but after reading the part number off the box found out that the new employee missed it when ordering at the factory by one line. Now,my options are pay for an entire new set to get them to me ASAP, an additional $900 or wait for the shipping return label, mail them back myself, wait 2 - 4 weeks for the credit and then they would re-ship. Really? OK so I paid again. I understand mistakes happen so I order a set of spline lugs for my new rims because they offered me an inconvenience discount. Well, guess what? Same deal. It's correct on my invoice but what I got in the box is the wrong item in the box again! Filed a return online with them again last night. Called this morning to find out if they can ship without having to pay again hoping for a little customer service and keep in mind they have over $900 of my money already but do they budge, NOPE. Will wait for my shipping label and return but won't purchase here again. Returned rims got there UPS says but no refund. Call Credit card company to dispute and wait for that mess to work itself out. Is this what you would all like to deal with? I would advise you all not to do the same until the owner of this company gets it together or sinks without trace. I am just trying to be a customer but hiding behind poor company policy is a sure way to sink your company. Frank S.
