Ordered rims with the part number for 8 lug pattern rims and the rims that came were 6 lug right after I ordered I tried to cancel and they said it was too late the parts were shipped and then told me to refuse order to then charge restocking fee to cheap you out of money... Terrible customer service to

I ordered a ARB Bull Bar from these guys on the 8th of August 2016. Since placing this order I have found that the reviews on their website are filtered to only reflect the good and very little of the bad. Personally I think people should probably do a google search of the real reviews before spending your money with this place. I have called these guys at MINIMUM 3 times a week for a tracking number and even had to get ARB involved because they were blaming it on everyone instead of taking responsibility for the problem themselves. Come to find out it is a internal issue between them and TWA "4WHEELPARTS" but they wouldn't tell me that I had to go to other sources to find that out. Everytime with the exception of 1 time they have not divulged information that is necessary when money is spent on a product, blown me off or just flat out told me that I needed to be more patient with them. Well when you drop over $1500 for a component patients goes in the trash can after a week with NO tracking number and NO communication to at MINIMUM insure me that I didn't just get taken advantage of and been stolen (NOT A ACCUSATION AS OF YET) from. These guys, with the exception of 2 reps on now 3 occasions, have been rude and completely unprofessional in interaction. They even tried to tell the ARB rep that I wasn't telling the truth over the phone, well that is until they found out that I had forwarded emails and that I was listening in on the line. Good job to their MANAGER on that one. Either way I purchased the bumper at a lower price than I could find ANYWHERE on the web then 2 days after I paid the price magically when up on the website and now they want to refund my money instead of providing the part. HUMMM wonder why that is. Well anyone with any sense at all can figure that out. All I can say is that IF you read this and still do business with these guys you get what you deserve. THEY DO NOT STOCK ANYTHING. YOU PAY THEM AND THEY THEN ORDER IT FROM A REAL COMPANY THAT STOCKS THESE PARTS AND HOPEFULLY THEIR ACCOUNT WITH THAT WAREHOUSE IS IN GOOD STANDING SO THAT YOU CAN GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. Now as of 8Sept2016, a month after them receiving money, I get a email for a invoice showing they are returning my money. So not only am I NOT GETTING WHAT I PAID FOR but now losing money on interest loss on my card. Oh and still don't even have my refund. Same day that they are "returning" money my account magically gets hacked and money is spent in FLORIDA. HUMMMMMM Could be coincidental. Good luck!

They featured the item I wanted in the pictured clicks but added something different to my cart. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was not intentional on their part and simply wanted to exchange for the pictured Item. They blamed me for their error and and wanted to charge me restocking and shipping fees. Poor, poor customer service, stay away!

This company is horrible. They sent a package that was destroyed...the biz was cut up, retaped and looked like it fell down the stairs a few times. I spoke to 2 representatives and a "manager" and they are immature, unprofessional and lack any customer service skills. They take no responsibility for their products and place blame on everyone else but themselves. Shop anywhere else!!!

I ordered 4 wheels off the website. The following morning I get an email telling me I need to call them because there is a problem with the order. I call and am told they only have 3 in stock. Ok, I cancel that order, find one of the wheels on Amazon and order it, then come back and order the 3 they told me they had. I get a call the following morning telling me they only have 2 in stock. Really? OK, I ordered the 2 they have in stock and go order another one from another seller on Amazon. A few days later I have received the 2 I ordered off of Amazon but still don't even have a tracking number from these guys for the 2 they charged me for. And yes, they are already on my credit card statement . So I call and ask them what's up with my wheels? They tell me now that they don't have any in stock and don't know when they will get more. No apologies, no nothing! So now I am stuck with 2 custom wheels and no matches for them! I told them to just refund my money. We'll see if that happens. Don't waste your time with this place. They are just another retailer and not a warehouse. They don't stock items, they wait until you place an order then they order it from a different warehouse.

Ordered 4 shocks and paid in full and charged to my charge card and then called and said the shocks were almost $150.00 more than their advertised price of $269.00 for a set of four. They tried to say many times that the shocks are not the same as the ones advertised with a full page on their website showing the price of this particular item and product line number. I and my husband which is a Master Auto Technician talked to the sales manager and they were not very polite. As they tried to tell him these were struts as he has the shock absorbers in his hands waiting for these shocks to arrive as my husband said these guys don't know the products they are selling. They charged our discover card and we are waiting for a refund. We have contacted their customer service and they didn't respond.

Placed an order for wheels. A couple of days later I received a call saying the item I ordered was back ordered and would take 5 weeks, did I still want it? I said yes, they are the wheels I want. The associate said I would see an invoice in my email in the next couple of days. Two weeks later I attempted to contact their "helpful support". I was told my order is not in their system and that it was never placed. In an attempt to try and make sure they did not charge my card later I asked to cancel the order so I could purchase somewhere else. Again was told there was not an order to cancel so there is "no way to send me a cancellation". After being hung up on three times and accused of threatening one of the help people (I said my card better not get charged then if this order does not exist, we must need to have a training session on what a threat is). I attempted for the 4th time to call back and asked to speak to a supervisor, trust me, I knew how this would go after the first three calls. I sat on hold, waiting for a "supervisor" for 15 min and I am still on hold. Thankfully I did not get my order placed due to back-order if this is the service I would have received. My take..... Stay away from them!!... Update, after 20 min I did finally speak to someone who said they were a supervisor and did get a cancellation confirmation that I was told I could not get from the other three.

I ordered a set of step bars for my truck. I only received a confirmation that my order was placed. I called four days later because I had not received any update or ship date. I was told that someone should have called me because the step bars are a special order and would be four weeks before they ship. NO ONE CALLED ME ABOUT THIS. And no one was going to call me. HORRIBLE customer service.
