Would give zero if I could. Waiting 3 weeks for warranty replacement of shock that was sent damaged and still have not received paperwork to return shock. No new shock shipped. Worst customer service ever!!!!

Well I wasn’t going to write a review because mistakes do happen. But ordered wheels on March 9, and had to cancel on March 10, talked to someone personally and they said no problem warehouse wasn’t even contacted yet. 10 days later rims show up. Did everything I was told to get it back to them. Now one month exactly later still haven’t received my refund. Not happy at all! Update: So finally got my refund and it was $83 and some change short. This place is charging me shipping on their screw up. Absolutely the worst customer service ever.

This is the last place you want to purchase from period. I purchased from this company on Amazon where they are a 3rd party seller. I tried canceling an order that didn't ship to try and cancel the order. Old stock hitch that I didn't catch until after I hit the "buy now" button. This company disregarded my request and sent the item anyway 3 days later. Upon receiving the hitch receiver wrapped in only plastic wrap that was sent ground. I immediately noticed visible damage everywhere which with as little was put into packaging was of no surprise. You whould think the story ends there with a refund etc rite? Nope! This fine establishment recieved the item back 3/29/18' from UPS with trackig and proceeded to do nothing to refund me. Not until I again reached out to Amazon 4/2/18' to find out what's the hold up on the refund since the item has been returned. Then this company responds back with "we need a few days to review the product" email. This company has absolutely no problem taking your money yet has every excuse not to refund. At this point Amazon is directly refunding me as of 4/3/18' and not the seller. Thanks to Amazon having higher standards then 4wheel online I'm getting refunded and Amazon can deal with them. Let's be honest also Amazon is not in the business to pay for other people's mistakes. Yet when I talked to customer service at Amazon they agreed this return/process was not handled properly and didn't meet even the sellers listed requirements. This company is a joke and if headaches is what your shopping for step rite up! Otherwise consider yourself warned about this shady PA company.

Sir I understand your frustration, but this review page is not related to the Amazon store you ordered from. You did not speak to any of 4wheelonline.com's customer service representatives. In relation to your complaint I was informed that: You placed your order on Friday March 16th. You sent an email on Sunday March 18th requesting it be canceled because you thought he could get another item by the 21st. This was sent when customer service was closed on a Sunday. That Monday, March 19th, a cancel was attempted by the Amazon customer service representative, but the item was already being sent out to ship by the manufacturer. Your item arrived on March 20th, a day sooner than you expected the other part. The item was returned and arrived to the warehouse on March 29th. The item was packed and shipped by the manufacturer and not by 4Wheel Online Amazon seller or 4wheelonline.com. My suggestion is to leave this review on the appropriate product page on Amazon as we cannot assist you directly since the order was not placed with "4WheelOnline.com" but an Amazon Online Seller. I placed my order via Wal-Mart.com..the worst thing I could ever do...Its been a struggle trying to get my return info so I can get a refund..I called several times, stayed on hold for 30min..I sent 5 emails before I got a response and still haven't gotten any paperwork ..info for my return so that I can be refunded..I caution everybody to be aware when ordering from Wal-Mart.com and I definitely wouldn't order from 4WHEELONLINE ..they're just lurking waiting to screw someone out of their money

I would never recommend ordering from this company. I had to return a truck cover due to my husband selling his truck last minute. The refund took over a whole month to get posted to my account, AFTER numerous emails back and forth. After the refund was finally posted, I was charged a large restocking fee and freight fee, meanwhile I had to pay for my own shipping on the way back for the return (close to $70 total). Order from Amazon next time, you will be much better off!! They are a much better company that will do what is right for their customers.

Beware of this company.. very hard to contact once you've placed an order.. the return process is done by email only with a 24 hour + plus turn around time.. 4 emails = 4+ days of back n forth one liners.. Then you will need to track your order to a different address then on their website supposedly to a warehouse which is actually another business. 7380 Philips HWY Suite 303, Jacksonville, Fl. 32256.. then you start the back n forth emails all over again as it seems the "warehouse" doesnt interact with the "office" after 2 weeks they basically stopped responding at all. So now Walmart is involved and the next step is a chargeback.. stay away from this mysterious unicorn of a company...
