I ordered some rims and a couple days later I found out I had some issues and asked them to cancel my orders. A few days after that I asked when I could expect my refund. I received an email back saying they were working on it. That was June 5th. Next thing I know I get an email for an invoice and they took more money out of my account. Now they won't respond to my messages. So they have my $910.00 and I have nothing. I'm beyond angry and will never be a customer at their buisness.

I will never order from 4wheelonline. I paid almost $1,300 for some KMC American racing 22 inch chrome wheels and they Sent me the wrong size wheels.. I made contact and said I was shipping back. They didn’t pay for return shipping which cost me o/a $345.00 plus dollars. They said the would refund my full amount because I didn’t have them no more than I month, and they were never mounted. I return the wheels but only one wheel is in the original box, and the others wheels are in different boxes as they were destroyed. They sent me pics saying that since there were two tiny scratches on a outer wheel I don’t get a refund. I was furious! I told them it was their fault for sending me the wrong size wheel in the first place! He asked me my type of vehicle. He looked up info and said it would fit my vehicle except, I would need to buy adapters, and that the wheels would be sticking out. That’s not what I paid for. I tried to negotiate something else, and then he said the wheels were already on their way back to me. I caught my breath, and told him I need to get off the phone before I said something I would regret. I just found out that this particular wheel has been discoutinued. Which to me explains it all. Now I’m stuck with $1,300 dollar wheels that don’t fit my vehicle. I will bad mouth this company until my last breath!

Stay away from this company. I ordered $165 rack system and they sent me a $20 light bulb. Mix ups happen. No problem. When I called the company, however, they told me that I had to order the rack system and they would not issue me a refund until they got their light bulb back.

Accidentally ordered double the sets of tires I needed 5/25, called to inform them it was a double order 5/26 they claimed they already shipped and could not cancel. Found out they shipped on 5/30 and SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS! I requested again they cancel one of the orders as it was doubled and they still shipped both (to the provided address this time). Will never order from these people again. Response from 4wheelonline- 4wheelonline.com 85 minutes ago I understand your assumption and I will not ask you to remove your review because it is an unverified will not hurt us as much as you may think, since most of our reviews are verified with actual orders and proof of purchase. You will find better results bringing this review to Amazon as there's nothing I can do for you. Have a fantastic day --------- I have all proof of purchase through this company and they claim my review is unverified and does not matter. SPEND THE EXTRA $30 GO WITH A COMPANY WHO CARES!

CROOKS, LIARS AND THIEVES!! THEY SENT ME DEFECTED PARTS, I RETURNED THEM AND NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. THEY MADE ME PAY FOR THE SHIPPING BACK TO THEM. THIS COMPANY IS CORRUPT!!!!!!!!!!

They gave me such a hard time to send a set of rims back that I have to try to sell them else where. I do not recommended ordering from this company.

Bought some wheels that they said would fit my new 2018 Atlas. One came very out of round and they replaced it no problem. The replacement came in and the wheels still would not balance and ride correctly. I tried two different shops and three different techs. They refuse to refund my money. I spent over $350 total just to have them mounted and balanced and told them I wasn't spending another dime on them. They offered me a $50 credit. When I asked to have a manager call me they ignored me and have not returned calls or emails since. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Site claims fast shipping from the many warehouses around the country. There is one less then 3 hrs from my home .. 8 days later, they cant even tell me when I will get my purchase, no tracking nothing! I CXLEd my order today ..
