Wrong part. Terrible customer service when trying to return this item. Returns website wasn't working and the call center was of no help. I ended up buying the correct part from another vendor. I will NEVER buy from 4wheelonline.com ever again.

Ordered a set of wheels. After a eight days of ordering them I inquired customer service (since they tell you on the confirmation email to wait a week before contacting them with questions) when I should expect my wheels, which should be arriving soon. That is how I found out that they had canceled my order because they over sold the wheels at that price and now I'd have to buy the same ones again at a more expensive price and wait another week or so to get the set of wheels that now will add up to be over $100 more than the set I had previously ordered. Would have been helpful to email when my order had been canceled at the very least.

They sent me the wrong item and They wouldn't stand behind their product by sending a prepaid RMA. So I requested Refund and they refused to send a unpaid RMA. These people are real creeps. I strongly recommend that you don't order from them.

Ordered Fuel Hostage wheel and received wrong size...box was labled correctly with a different size in the box

One of the guy in charge stop my order cause he need to verify my credit card transaction but his method is do a three way calling with my bank to hear all my personal private and credit information to “confirm “ that’s me. Totally illegal method . My response: You dont need to know my social security number and everything to verify my order. I dont know what kind of ghetto people you deal everyday but fraud is in everywhere Atlanta, Florida everywhere your verification method is illegal and my credit card bank rep told you that in the three-way line. By the way she put you in mute when she verify my personal credentials and honestly you are very rude. Of course this is the first and last time of doing business with you. In my experience i dont recommend anybody to do business with this people cause they want you have access to your personal information. They need to have a better way to verify online orders cause nobody do this.

the experience i had with you guys was horrable, for me to spend $5000 on wheels and tires and to get the horrable service i recieved is un exceptable and i will not be recomending anyone toyour company and i will not be buying an further product from you. i was missing parts, lied too that parts where on there way and they where not, i got the run around for 3 weeks before i received lug nuts for my wheels to put on. i was missing center caps and where sent the wrong ones a second and third time, lug nut where finally sent over 3 weeks later, took tires and wheels to get installed and the company tells me you guys sent me the wrong lug nuts and they don't fit my application, i had to spend additional money on my own to get the correct lug nuts so i can finally put the wheels and tires on my truck. And you guys never made things right or reimburse me for the lug nuts when you said you would. Horrible experience i was ready to send the hole order back and through someone else. Not even a apology

I never got my rim its been a month

We ordered weeks ago and still have received nothing. Have called and never get a straight answer. This will be the last time we order from you.
