Ordered a set of rims through Amazon on 30 Nov 2018. I received 3 if the 4 rims. Was in contact with ups and Amazon and finally 4wheel online. Finally got a response after writing a bad review on Amazon about 4wheelobline. John the manager from Tampa contacted me and said he would figure it out and would take care of it and asked me to take review down. So I did and never heard back from anyone after 4 messages left for john I finally get a hold of him and was told by him a rim was shipped and he would call back with tracking number. Never heard back and was refunded for one rim and was never told. Very poor customer service and very poor communication on 4wheelonline manger john. Acted as if I didn't exist since they had already gotten paid. Would definitely not ever recommend them to anyone.

Ordered an exhaust system with black tips. Received item. took it to muffler shop and paid to have it installed. When I came to pick it up. They sent chrome tips. I asked if they would exchange the tips. They said they can't. Basically let me know my only option was to have the unit removed and send back. That would have been on my dollar. I paid $100 to have it installed. So to have them put the old one on and then another new one would have been another $200. Pretty much their mistake became my problem. So now Ive paid a lot of cash for what I didn't want. Seems they could have sent different tips or a refund to purchase the correct ones. Id give them zero stars if that was an option. Will not order anything from them again.

I ordered running boards for my daughter's Jeep (she picked them out & told me where to find them) Had an issue, so I called 4wheelonline and spoke to Anthony. He was RUDE, disinterested, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was left on hold for over 30 min. I finally spoke to Ron, and he was no help either. I was told to contact the manufacturer directly. If you sell the parts, you should handle all of that!! I will NEVER order from 4wheelonline again, and I do not recommend that anyone else does either!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Don't buy your tires here!!! If you order 4tires you only get 3 but you were charged for 4 then you have to fine out from fed ex that only 3tires were sent.when contacted they said they would refund me one tire.l don't want a refund i want a tire but they will only refund 1 tire???? Why didn't they send 4 to start with or 1 now.?????

I purchased a bed cover for my truck which came in damaged. I was issued a return and sent the cover back to your company through Meyer Distributing. UPS picked up the package and it got lost in shipping. A claim was put in on 09/24/18 trying to find the package. I was told it would take 10 to 14 days to settle and my Credit Card would be credited. It is now 10/25/18 and the package still hasn't been found & I haven't received my credit I have bought from 4 Wheel online before & was very well pleased with the product & service. I think I have been very patient working with your representative to get this solved.

They sent me the wrong item and will not accept a exchange/return because it has been more than 30 days! Don't do business with this rinkydink company!

I ordered a weight distribution hitch through eBay with this outfit, on July 2, 2018. They set me an opened, mix-matched box with the wrong parts. I had to call them, reorder another hitch. The second order arrived how it should have been. I sent back the original order to them. It took a month after they received the item to refund my money. I talked to at least 5 different people trying to get my refund. I almost got Paypal & my credit card company involved to get my money back. I do not recommend buying from them.
