I ordered a fuel transfer tank online. Delivery was quoted at 5-7 business days. Currently at 14 business days. No explanation. Extremely poor customer service.

Ordered wheels from 4wheelonline.com 2.12.19 I even called to verify their supplier had the 5 beadlocks in their warehouse. The next day 2.13.19 I got a call from 4wheelonline stating the wheels are no longer available. I asked for a refund that day. Well, since 2.13.19 I have contacted 4wheelonline 5 times and they say that they need a refund from their supplier to refund me. What The Funk, I purchased from you, not your supplier. Refund my purchases and take the refund from your supplier up with them. Dont penalize your customer for a bad supplier. I need my refund so I can go to a reputable source for my wheels. 4wheelonline.com ARE SCAM ARTISTS!

Bought some wheels for my truck and they started pitting slightly after a month, and their return policy for defects is they cover shipping for 30 days. So now I am supposed to cover the shipping on a defective product that isn't even 2 months old. Shipping a set of 4 wheels is not cost effective for the consumer, when they bought the item in good faith.

Purchased 4 XD wheels from 4wheelonline. Opened the first one to find it was damaged. There were no paint chips in the packaging, so who ever put in the box should have known it was damaged. Never even opened the other three. Called and was told I had to email for a return???? So I did and got the RMA# and fedex picked up the wheels. Emailed again 3 weeks later asking when I would get my refund. Was told they would contact there return warehouse and see what the delay was. Now it has been over a month and I have no wheels, my payment has not been refunded and no idea if it will.

Would not and did not ever send a tracking number.

They suck. Bought a tool box they advertised for 293.32. They then cancelled my order because it was the wrong printed price!! Wouldn’t even honor their mistake.

when I called and ordered my rims I told them the back space I needed and when I received them they were not right. I also was told the lug nuts were included and I never received them, si I have 4 brand new rims in boxes that I don't know what ill do with them and was straight up lied to about the lug nute so last time ill do business with these people. the salesman name was mattor I probably spelt name wrong

Worst customer service I ever had would not recommend them to anybody nor would I ever use them again product was good customer service again was so bad was not worth the quality of product
