Contract
They were not honest with presenting agreement details - I was told I can cancel contract anytime, but I found out it was not accurate. Even after 4 years in contract _ asking 9000 dollars penalty which is not acceptable in any merchant account agreement. Most of companies penalty is 500 dollars, but I signed contract - I should stick with it and next time I must read contract easily Ross
