Honestly, the pricing was the first thing that caught my attention — better than other services I'd compared without seeming too good to be true. But what really won me over was that I was dealing with real people the whole way through. I got an email from an actual person, a genuine follow-up to check how things were progressing, and a real report at the end (not just some auto-generated dashboard).
