Refund/playlists but not europe one
Got in playlists but not europe ones as there said.. then they said there doing it all Over again.. but since 2weeks, nothing came. Just a email with sry usualy it dot take so long… Now i want my Money back and i got no answer for 3 days… dont want to do this review but i see no other way then this to get my Money back..

Hi Marc, the European playlists you asked for weren't a realistic fit for your track, and we told you so honestly. Because we run on transparency and won't keep money for a campaign we can't deliver, we refunded your order in full (€73.10, September 29), even though your campaign had already delivered playlist placements. You asked for your money back, and you got all of it. We wish you the best with your music.
