I was hesitant to order the new Nikon D850, but they were the only ones with it in stock, them and "Abes of Maine" which happens to be located just 20 mins from 4k4Less... both very shady dealers. However I called to verify stock and then placed the order after being assured "stock was not a problem" Credit card was charged, but never got a shipping confirmation. So called... and was told "it was being processed and should get tracking by the end of the day". Never got anything... 7 days go by, 5 additional phone calls in the mean time, each time I was assured it would ship that day..and I would get confirmation via email. Today called again, same bogus lies.. so I told them to cancel the order. I should have went with my gut, stick with the known reliable retailers. This company is shady at best, and seem to just take your money and keep you going long enough so that you cant get it back. Any company should not charge your card prior to shipping the item, especially 10 days before shipment. I originally placed the order 6/1, and canceled it today 6/14. They said refund would take 3-5 days...we shall see.

BUYER BEWARE ! I bought from 4k4less because of the high review from trustpilot. Placed a Leica lens order on 4/22/18, didnt get any confirmation email. Called and spoke with Peter who said order is in process will b shipped immediately, thus should arrive within 5 days and he emailed me order confirmation. 5/8/18 item still have not arrived. Have sent 5 emails, tried to call and left messages 3 times, but no reply. My credit card has been charged since 4/22 and I am disputing it.

I ordered a lens. I expected 5-7 day shipping. This is what the company says. I get nothing after 2 weeks. I call them. Eternal hold. I waited for over an hour on one of my calls. I had several calls. I emailed multiple times. They did respond, and said they couldn't cancel an order by email, only over the phone. I called back again and held for over an hour and got nobody. I have this in credit card dispute. I would not go with them if you have another option.

I placed an order for the DJI Phantom 4 Pro Obsidian Edition Quadcopter, 3 days later Peter called said products are no longer available. Waste my time and hopefully I'll get my refund...

They never sent my order. First, claimed it was being package to ship tomorrow. That never happened. Then they said it’s on the their delivery truck and it will ship today. That didn’t happen. Then they said it was on backorder and didn’t know when it would ship. I asked to cancel and refund my order. That also has not happened. I am now trying to get my credit card company to dispute the charge. I would NOT order for them. They straight up lied to me on the phone. (May 5, 2018 update) They finally sent me a refund. It took getting the credit card and PayPal getting involved. PayPal went on to explain “they said they are “now” shipping it and tracking info would follow”. Guess that never happened because I neither received my order, not received any tracking information or otherwise. And then they refunded me. I try to see the good in people. Stuff like this just makes you all that much more hesitant. And I wish I had seen other’s reviews on here prior to my order. Painful as it was, at least I got my money back.

I don't understand the five star reviews on here unless they are posted by employees. My dealings with 4K for Less have been terrible and I would strongly advise anyone else from dealing with this company. I spent $700 on a typhoon H that came defective and I contacted them immediately. I even emailed my flight to limit read data to prove that the vehicle had not been crashed or damaged and after over 10 days of calling and emailing with no response I finally got a one-sentence email that told me to contact the manufacturer. Their customer service was very dismissive and rude. Now I'm out $700 for a drone that does not work and I have to send it all the way back to the manufacturer in California and wait for a replacement. 4K for Less did not attempt in any way to replace my product or fix the issue. I would not give these guys $0.01 of my money. They are shady and underhanded

Ordered a zhiyun crane v2 gimbal. Never got the item. Called them and asked after 10days of waiting. I was told the item will be shipped and get to me by next week. I called again after a week and asked for a tracking and i was told a different story. They told me that they don’t have the item. So I cancelled my order but they won’t give me a confirmation email saying order is cancelled. I was promised they would process the refund right away. Well I called a week later and asked about my refund and the person I spoke to on the phone “John” told me that they haven’t processed the refund. They promised again that I should get my refund within 24hrs from today.

Same experience as several other reviews. Ordered an Inspire2 and Zenmuse 4x Bundle. Price seemed too good to be true but John assured me the camera was included. He then sold me a second battery set. I never got a revised invoice - but the order shipped. The package arrived with no camera and no extra battery. I called in and John asked me to take photos of the order and send them in because their records showed the items shipped. I did that and they just stalled. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. 4K4less customer service responded and said there was no need to dispute the charge and please could I send photos (again!!!). Either this company is criminal or completely incompetent. I am now stuck not being able to use the drone they sent or purchase one from a different company until the credit card company resolves the claim. Pricing too good to be true always is!! Go to a real company for an honest deal. Maybe I will learn my lesson this time....
