4k4lessReviews of 4k4less.com

The product arrived as described, on time. I was worried that it may not be a legitimate business. There was a lack of communication on ship alerts, that I have grown accustomed with places like Amazon. Overall, a good experience and I would make another purchase.

I'd give them 5 stars if they would have sent a confirmation email of my order along with another once my order had shipped, also step up their customer service, respond to an email. Otherwise my order came in on time, and was exactly what I ordered, so for that I give kudos...but please guys in the future communications with the buyer is crucial for great business.

Shipped promptly. My Canon T7i camera came in new perfect condition. Note, it was a lot cheaper than other sites, and it turns out they shopped me the international model (D800). It's the same as the US model function and feature wise so no issues. My only suggestion - do your research. They sold the camera for cheap but it doesnt come with Canons warranty. Given this is a reliable camera, I had no issue and was glad to save the 120-150 bucks!

Good Service.

Great product, but I was not given an order number nor was I notified when it was shipped.

John from 4k4less called me to apologize and explained things. I'd like to adjust my previous review due to their willingness to address problems. The issue was cancellation without notification and unpleasant customer service experience.

Great price, good shipping - what can I say !

Ordering online was easy and item was package well for shipping. Over all I would buy from them again.
