Ordered Accessories for my Tello drone on June 17 2018. A battery, a snap on cover in white, and propeller gaurds. Never got a shipping confirmation. 2 weeks later my package arrives. Battery. - yes Snap on cover- yes but yellow not white Propeller gaurds- missing. I called the customer service and after 3 tries, someone finally answers. Lady says they don't have snap on covers in white..she said they tried to call me. ok I can live with that. She tells me prop gaurds will be sent out right away. Fast forward to first weeks of July. No prop gaurds. I call again a a lady named Lacey explains the prior woman no longer works there and the prop gaurds were never in stock (Why list them on website then?). She offers to send me a 3 slot battery charger instead. By now I'm frustrated and say ok. She was very nice and told me to ask for her if I have any problems. Fast forward to first week of August. STILL NOTHING. NO PACKAGE. NO BATTERY CHARGER. I call the number and select 2 for customer service thinking I would ask for Lacey. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! I called different days at different times to no avail. My order wasn't an expensive one, it totaled $34 and I had a Fathers day coupon for $20 off. It's just the fact of the matter. I emailed from their "Contact Us" on their webpage and still nothing. I would give NEGATIVE stars if it wasn't for Lacey being honest about what happened the first time. People until they get their act together, "STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY". I WILL UPDATE IF THEY EVER CONTACT OR EMAIL ME. Until then save yourself a bunch of headaches and steer clear from 4k4less. UPDATE: STILL NO CONTACT FROM 4K4LESS. I WILL WRITE THIS UP AS A LOSS. THE WORST, COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY, I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. 3 MONTHS AND STILL NO CORRECTED OR COMPLETE ORDER! NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS OR CALLS. I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE -5 STARS IF IT WAS ALLOWED. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Received the wrong camera. Paid a premium and they sent a cheaper camera. Their fix was to send SD card instead of addressing the issue that the wrong cheaper camera was sent. After over a month of dealing with Maddie and 4K4LESS, still went unresolved with no action by 4K4LESS to replace the camera or refund the difference. Completely unacceptable. I would avoid this company and would not recommend them.

This was my 2nd order with DronesforLess/4K4Less. 1st time, other than long wait for delivery, everything was okay. This time, I ordered a specific package but they substituted a lot of items that were cheaper and suited them better. I have sent dozens of emails with only a reply saying 'everything was correct on the order'. I wouldn't recommend ordering from these guys and certainly wont be again!

December 15, 2017 I ordered a drone from Drones4Less, also 4K4Less. After a week of no information and getting the run-around on the phone, I finally got a call from Derek, the boss, saying the drone I ordered was on BO and the shipment lost. He offered a different one instead, which I agreed to and received okay a week later. He also said I should buy their Accidental Damage Insurance For Drones to cover a crash, and I finally agreed. When the original shipment arrived, there was a hole in a corner of the box, thru which a second battery had escaped. When I notified them, they promptly replaced that battery. All was well until late June, when I needed to exercise that warranty. I had accidentally clipped power lines which cross high over a canyon on my ranch, allowing my drone to plunge about 200 feet to the brush below, sustaining a lot of damage. 6/25/18 I emailed the address I had for their Customer Service explaining everything and asked for instructions. No reply. 6/27/18 I called in and the phone went to John in Sales who offered to transfer me to Customer Service. He did, it went to Voice Mail where I left a message mentioning my email and asking for instruction. No reply. 6/28/18 I used their web portal email option to send all my information again. No reply. 7/3/18 I called back again, getting John in sales again, who remembered me as I explained the situation. He asked me to email everything to him and he would make sure they got on it. I did exactly that in five minutes. They still didn't reply. 7/11/18 I emailed John saying this isn't working. No reply. 7/17/18 I emailed John again saying I'm being ignored and I'm getting mad. This outfit uses several names and still sells drones offering the same warranty. It is obvious after six attempts to get a response, they intend to ignore me and I intend to collect on that warranty and rightfully damage their reputation. If I ever get a satisfactory response from them, I will gladly update this review accordingly.

“This was the most horrible experience I've had shopping online. Would not recommend to anyone. I got my first cue when the drone arrived in an old box, stained and faded like it had been sitting around for a while. I ignored it, and kept the drone until my husband's birthday, 2 weeks after order date and 1 week after the delivery date. Long story short, this appears to be a one-man operation out of a grandma's basement with minimal customer service and business etiquette. It is sad that there aren't more regulations on who can own a business and what sort of qualifications they need, but fortunately there is Better Business Bureau, consumer protection agencies etc. A little sampling of our conversation (after he advised me that he does not offer shipping labels for defective products and that he "might look into reimbursing me" after inspecting the product): "All i've been doing nothing but helping. and lucky for you - i am the supervisor. I have given you multiple options to get whatever you issue you are having resolved. if all this is not good enough - then i don't know what to tell you. Have a fabulous day." You be the judge on the professionalism here. In the meantime, this chief cook and bottle washer will be hearing from my credit card company.”

I ordered a camera online. Afterward I received an email indicating I needed to call to confirm the order. When I did, the man on the phone was gruff but acted like he was just checking for completeness of the order. I guessed he was trying to sell me additional accessories. I agreed to buy one item which he told me the price of; I didn't agree to anything else. He said he would send me an updated invoice; he never did. When the camera arrived it came with other items that I did not order and no invoice in the package, just a packing slip. I checked may credit card bill and found I had been charged more than I expected. I called the company and asked about it. The man on the phone said he would issue me a credit ... but it never appeared on my charge.

Ordered a camera. Money was taken from my PayPal account. A week went by with no tracking number. I called them and was told they couldn't get that camera, and that I'd be refunded. Normally, PayPal refunds are instant. I had to call them again the next day and threaten to escalate to PayPal claims center before I would get a refund - that was after being told a refund would take 8 to 12 business days. I thankfully was transferred to billing when I told them I am a business owner and that I use PayPal for Business every day, and that refunds are instantaneous. What reputable business (a) charges a customer for an item not in stock (b) does not communicate with the seller proactively that the item is out of stock (c) and promises a refund but doesn't deliver until threatened with case escalation? The bottom line: this is a shady business, and they need to be shut down.
