Great prices Customer service was good I didn’t receive a tracking number for a couple days, I would like it sooner

I purchased the Phantom 3 from 4K for Less. I researched drones for months. I found a package deal for $1,095 that was in everything you need package. It included three batteries the controller extra props literally everything you could use. It also included a multi multi charger for 3 batteries to charge at the same time in a hard case that held three batteries. I ordered it Wednesday morning and arrived Friday morning and I was shocked because it came so fast. However when I open the case two of the batteries were missing and the monitor was not included as it showed in the picture. As far as the monitors concerned it didn't say sold separately or not included but it was shown in the picture. So I called 4K for less and spoke with customer service agent named Lisa who was extremely helpful and even though I called multiple times and considered myself to be a pain in the butt Lisa was always very pleasant and happy to help me and did lots and lots and lots to go the extra mile to make everything happen to complete my order properly. The monitor was not included as shown in the picture and Andy the service manager actually gave me an extra battery to compensate for the screen being in the photo of everything included even though it was not. It was probably a misunderstanding on my part not knowing that the monitor was not included but he still gave me the battery for free which is $110 value. I've since reordered more upgrades for the Phantom 3 and I am very happy with the service and I would definitely recommend 4K for Less to anybody. Their prices are very low the quality is very high and somebody actually answers the phone and helps you when you have something go wrong with your order or you know if something breaks you can have service which is rare when you buy something online nowadays huge thumbs up to Andy and Lisa and 4K for Less thank you very much.

Great Deal on a current item! You just have to trust them because there is no communication until you get an email notice for a Fed Ex delivery 10 days later...

Stay on top of your order and you won’t have issues. Everything received as expected in working condition. No issue registering new camera with Canon. John was very helpful and followed up multiple times with me.

Bought a drone and had it within a week no problems just a real busy customer service so takes a while to get hold of them.

I like their prices, the camera I bought from them was much cheaper than anywhere else. I can't give them 5 stars as I never got email notification or estimated delivery date. I had to log into my account and get the tracking number...

The lens I ordered for my sons birthday arrived quickly. My only concern is that I was not able to speak to anyone when I called several times. The price was the best I could find online.

4K4Less had the best price on the web on a Sigma 24mm f 1.4 Art lens for my Canon camera. I was worried that with an almost $100 savings the lens could be gray market. But it arrived in original Sigma packing with a Sigma warranty card. The only downside of the order with 4K4 Less is they did not send a confirmation email when I placed my order. I was worried until I received the shipping notice from FedEx. Best price on the internet for quality glass. I will be checking 4K4 Less in the future when it need photo stuff.
