I placed an order for a refurbished drone and was told that they do not have any in stock and asked if I would like to purchase a new one. This website is a scam and shady. What kind of inventory system do they have? Any other company that's legit would've attempted process order and if item is no longer in stock would refund me. It took for me to call after several days of placing order in order for them to tell me this.

I got my Camera stolen, so I bought one from this "establishment" and its been over a week never got any kind of tracking number so I called and the gentleman on the phone said that he cant find a recorded of my perches or my name? funny cause they took the money from my account. The guy asked for my number said would call me back, and not to my surprise no call back. There is no way I'm going to be out $1,000

Ordered a Canon camcorder bundle and paid $69 extra for overnight delivery so that we could take the camera on vacation with us. We ordered on Saturday night, and received an email on Monday afternoon saying my card was declined. Called my bank and they said there was never a transaction attempted. Called Peter with the company and he ran the card saying it was good and wasn't sure what happened. Said the delay would put the camera out to us on Tuesday and with overnight shipping it would arrive Wednesday. We were set to leave on Wednesday early afternoon. I got another email later that night saying the card was declined, but I could see the charge being paid by my bank. After waiting around all day at the house, but the camera didn't show still. Called Peter back and he informed me the camera would not arrive until the following day. I asked why that was as we paid a substantial amount extra for overnight to get it before our trip. He transferred me to customer service where I was then told that the camera we ordered was on back order and would not arrive the following day. I requested my money back and will never do business with them again. What a total waste of our time and effort to still have no camera for our trip. I would not bother trying to order from this company as they are deceptive in multiple ways.

Can I leave negative stars?...I wish. I bought a drone from them and they told me it was in stock so they could get the sale (deception)...6-days later with no communication I called them and and was told it was NOT in stock and they were not sure when it would be..This is UNACCEPTABLE. I cancelled my order and ordered elsewhere..6-days wasted of my time...Buyer beware !...and dont be fooled by the midnight special,it's just a gimmick to make you do a quick decision (more deception) I hope this helps someone before they are sucked in on a "deal"...Take your $$ elsewhere ...I did.

Saturday, Jan 5th saw that the Ronin S was being sold for 599.00 by 4k4less rather than the normal price of 749.00. I took a risk and ordered from them. I didn’t receive an order confirmation email until Sunday. Monday I was suspicious about them and the product I ordered so I called sales and asked them if the item is new and in stock. I got an affirmative to both. I checked the order status daily by logging into their site and noticed that it didn’t process until Tuesday. Thursday I still had no shipping information so I called customer support and Scarlet Rea answered. She told me the item is out of stock and that all customers who ordered it were emailed about it being out of stock. I never received an out of stock email. I was extremely suspicious of 4k4less at this point and asked that my order be canceled. She told me that the order was canceled but it would have to go to the billing department to be processed. I asked for a confirmation email that my order was canceled and was told that billing would send it. I then asked for an email from her and she agreed and put me on hold for 15 minutes. When she returned she had sent a one liner email that said my order was canceled and was sent over to the billing department. I called billing and spoke to Peter who said he’s not in billing. He told me I would get a refund in 2-3 business days because the item is refunded but that if I wanted to speak to billing I would speak to Joseph. An interesting observation. The website read 599.00 “Sale Ends Midnight” when I ordered. Then, the following Thursday the website read 749.00 “Sale Ends Midnight”. I assume that the site always says this to makes people think the items are on sale, even if they are not? I will not be doing business with 4k4less again. They are poor communicators, they lied to me or were extremely unorganized, they wasted my time and I didn’t get what I paid for. Still no refund. They’ve got one more day to refund or PayPal has my back.

Why there is no 0 star option. Don’t buy and don’t even think to deal with 4k4less. I bought 11/24 Camera. After 10days. I try to call them to find out whats “going on”. They said “Sorry we don’t have black color”, and so I cancel my order. Every step You have to do yourself. Refund confirmation also was typed by them self. Unprofessional rude. The support email adress also not works. So lets see normaly refunds takes 3-5 business days. Lets see how long it will take. Then I will call 311 or will take further steps. Please don’t deal. Spend 5-10$ more and buy from different online store believe me.

I bought a product, and paid for it immediately. It never showed up, so I called the company to find out what was going on. The company told me they were out of the product, so they could not send it and returned my payment. The next day the product was listed for sale on the company website for a higher price. It seems like the price I bought the product for had risen, but they forgot to change the price online. Unfortunately, the company thought the customer should take the hit.

Very unprofessional and unorganized company. My credit card spotted them as a fraud charge, called the bank to let them know I made the purchase. Called 4k4less and let them know the purchase went through and they would send me a confirmation email. SIX DAYS LATER, I never received a confirmation email. So I again called 4k4less, come to find out they never sent the drone, they tried to charge my card 3 additional times after the first purchase. As I'm on the phone trying to figure out what is going on, 4k4less hangs up on me, not one but 4 different times. Do not buy from this company, save yourself the headache!!
