Item does not work and wil not for camera that it stated it would. It’s been over a month and no reply after calling twice and emailing multiple times (even to a different email account that was given after calling the number the first email reply gave me, being hung up on , calling back and then emailing this email again trying to get a replacement part. My girlfriends birthday present was ruined because of this and going further i can not get the issue fixed. This is A terrible business with terrible customer service and terrible products.

Horrible experience! Paid over 1,000 dollars for a camera ! Going on week two didn’t receive yet !! Paid for express shipping !

Have emailed twice about tracking number Call Etc still no reply worst site ever $70 worth of product and still no answer on whether or not my package has been shipped or when it will arrive don't have a tracking number all-around bad experience

HORRIBLE Customer Service! Stay away from this Company! Will just ignore you if you have any issues with your item. Regret dealing with this company!!!! BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Got an email telling me to call them so I did. They ask my why my billing is different from my shipping So I tell them and this guy just becomes rude and basically makes fun of the situation. I don't know why I didn't just buy the cameras from Walmart. Horrible company.

Beware - No Warranty! They sell gray market electronics without a factory warranty. I purchased a Panasonic Lumix DCM-FZ2500 camera. When I attempted to register for the factory 3-year warranty, I was advised that my produce only had a 90 day warranty from 4K4LESS and 0 factory warranty. If you want a product with no warranty, this is the place to go! Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Spoke with woman by the name of the Larsa on 9/27 & 10/8 who stated they purposely & intentionally sent me the wrong lens & are not providing me with a return label to send back the incorrect item. She also hung up on me during a call when questioned about a shipping label.

Shareable. Misrepresents their products and absolutely terrible customer service. Very arrogant people. Do not buy from here
