Good guys to deal with. Communication can be a little spotty but I contribute that to a very busy = very successful company. The Mavic pro speaks for itself. The "combo package" is very complete if you don't include the camera bag that came with it. It certainly IS NOT FOR A DRONE. other than that issue, I rate them as a first rate company. Had it not been for the pretty much useless camera bag I would have given 5 stars.

Overall great service. Product arrived relatively timely. Would purchase from the company again.

I don’t give many things 5 stars because there is always room for improvement. I give 5 stars to my customer service person Mattie for the effort she put in to get me product to me dispite the challanges that had to be addressed for the positive outcome. I love what I purchased and thank her for deliving the goods.

I would have given 4k4less 5 stars if I had to wait less time for my call to be picked up.

I'm posting to update my camcorder review. I finally got my camcorder back and it works perfectly. Thank you Sony.

I was very apprehensive at first. I placed my order then I had no feedback! No email stating they had my order or anything! I called and was put at ease. They had my order. They even offered upsells. Nice. I received my order quickly and all was perfect. I bought a Panasonic lumix dmc fz2500.

Overall a good experience. I was a little nervous at first and actually found the same product (Mavic Pro Referb) for a slightly lower price. I looked throughout the website and couldn't find any info on their "Lowest Price Guarantee" but Peter made things right for me and was very professional in the process. I am glad I kept the product and appreciate Peter and his effort. J- Redmond, WA

I am very pleased with my order, “the price is right”. The only problem I have with 4K4less is the long wait time when you call customer service.
