I received an email from Peter asking to confirm my order before charges were applied and items shipped. I spoke with Peter who provided prompt and polite service. He said the order would ship out that day and I would have it between 5-7 business days. I received it the next day, and am pleased with the product. I will be shopping with 4k4less going forward. I ordered a DJI Zenmuse X5S camera in Febuary, but due to a long delay in shipment and a substantial delay on my part, I didn't discover that it was totally incompatible with our application until June. This far exceeded the 14 day return policy. However despite the long overdue return, 4k4less kindly gave me a refund (-30%) if I would write this review.

I ordered drone. It looked like it had been opened when I got it and it didn't have all the accessories. Fortunately, I was able to talk to Maddie in customer service and she explained they had problems with some of the drones I ordered, so they do inspect them before shipping. The accessory issue was due to two packages that could have been ordered that were similar. My compliments to Maddie for resolving the issue beyond my expectations. Well done! Jeff

I was skeptical of this vendor at first the same as you (or you wouldn’t be spending the time to read this review). The prices seem to good to be true especially on many of their drone packages. With that said I had nothing but a positive experience. I purchased a DJI Phantom 4 PRO+ bundle and I received everything in the bundle along with some extras. I thought their downfall might be long wait times for shipping but I received everything in 4 business days (less time than estimated) All in all a great experience and I will not hesitate to use this vendor in the future. I am a little confused by all the negative reviews...all I can figure is that most of the poor reviews are made by competitors who want to maintain the insane markups on their products.

I had ordered the wrong lens on accident and had to return it. My experience with Maddie from customer service was excellent. She was helpful with every aspect of this issue. She handled the problem with professionalism and courteousness. I would 100% do business with them again knowing I would get service like this.

This was the only place that we could still find the camera we were looking for. Their customer service was great. Everything arrived quickly and we had no issues with shipping or packing. We would definitely use them again.

The CSR actually saved the day! Very disappointed when the wrong product was delivered, but I feel confident after talking to the rep that it's going to get handled.
