Everything worked out well and very satisfied with my purchase!!

We got good cameras at a good price. When they ran out of stock of the ones we wanted, the refunded the money we paid them. The service could have been a little more prompt, but over all we got what we paid for, good quality pricing.

I had a rough experience with the drone, the first one I received wouldn’t connect with the remote which as I read more about them was a common problem. 4k4less has worked with me on getting a new one out but I had to buy a new one first and they over night shipped it to me for free. Still waiting on the return of the first one which was the rough part. But overall I do enjoy the Mavic Pro it’s a great drone easy to fly.

I was looking to purchase a hard-to-get camera and liked the price I got from 4k4less. The item arrived within a few days of ordering (ordered Thursday, arrived Monday) and the camera works as expected. I had called a couple times prior to ordering to ask questions and was happy when the phone was picked up promptly. Best thing was that I was able to get a couple extra accessories with the money I saved :-) Only suggestion I can offer? Better communication. I didn't receive any order or shipment confirmation email from 4k4less. All the information was available once I logged into my account on their web site but email notifications would have earned them a 5-star rating.

4k4Less really deserves 5 stars except for a couple minor points. Their prices were unbeatable on the Nikon camera I bought, and the free, FedEx shipment was very timely. The camer arrived undamaged and is exactly what I thought I was ordering. My only issues were: 1) When making my purchase through their phone person, he entered the wrong date for my credit card, causing the transaction to be rejected. Talking with my card person, who proceeded to a 3 way talk with 4k4less, and the re-entering my card info allowed the purchase to be completed. 2) I was never sent an order confirmation and anticipated ship date. They did send an email confirmation when it did ship the day after my order was placed.
