Got product in reasonable time and it worked. However, I would liked to have received an order confirmation/invoice and a receipt.

Took a little long to ship but I never received an email notification when it did. It was totally unexpected when it arrived via Fedex and I was literally about to call paypal to open a case when the first item arrived. I ordered 2 items in one order, the other item didn't come with the first shipment, they said it was out of stock. Then when I called for a refund for that item they said the other item was shipped VIA usps. USPS has lost the item due to a shipping error because they are a lazy organization that doesn't do the little things that UPS and Fedex do, like make sure it gets to the right address even if a small detail is wrong. 4k4less has good value for sure but they need to tighten up their order communication when it comes time to ship and they also to avoid using USPS as I have had many problems in the past with them just because nobody in USPS will lift a finger to help.

Their shipping methods were a bit complicated, and took longer than necessary. I really needed the product faster, but their "faster" was too expensive compared to other online retailers.
