I was attempting to purchase DJI's Inspire 1 quick release propellers on 4k4less web store. I placed my order but received the wrong product. 4k4less immediately explained the item had been discontinued and refunded me the full amount paid. The refund came through very quickly and I appreciated that. No hassles from 4k4less when something went wrong and the staff were very friendly to me. Thanks and regards, JD

My experience with 4K4Less got off to a bad start due to an error made by them in not reading notes supplied with my online order. In order to get a replacement product I was asked to return the original product at my own expense before they would provide the replacement, an expense that I feel should have been provided by them with a return label on their account. I am currently awaiting the replacement delivery soon and appreciate the fact that they were willing to provide the replacement under the circumstances that they created.

My camera came in at it’s expected time. We did have a delay on the extra battery; however, it’s wasnt much longer before we got it. The service was great when we gave them a call, and everything turned out great. This is a great service.

Received item as described. There was a problem with the item, I contacted 4K4less and they sent me a return label to send the item back for repair or replacement. They did not have the item in stock and are going to issue a credit. Communication could have been better but I think I would buy from them again.
