Immediate email notification system and super fast shipping. Edit: They advertise easy returns. Wrong. When you call about returns, you get the runaround. They don't seem to reply to emails either. When you finally get them by phone, they are defensive and not certain of their own policies. They hide return info on the Terms and Conditions page, not the Return Policy page. I purchased two Canon dslrs. Found both to be open box which is fine. But to return one, they claim it's used now, so automatic 30% restocking fee. On an item that wasn't exactly brand new to begin. The dslr I kept is already at several hundred shutter count even though I may have taken 20 photos with it if that. The company is acceptable if you're sure of what you want, don't mind open box to used items and never need anything from them and especially want to save money. Now I'm out $150 on a return of an open box item. Update: Return delivered Feb 1. It is now March 9 with no refund.

I was excited to have my new camera. After 3 weeks my camera never arrived. I sent a couples of email asking about my product. Without any solid response I decided to call them and the told me the camera was sold out and they were going to proceed to refund my money back. After 2 days I received my money back. It was a shame have to wait 3 weeks to hear that, also I lost the opportunity to buy it in another place within a reasonable price.

First, If you please Take a look at my order placed, see how it matched up with sent by your people. In general it was, but not close on the specifics. My other problem was the length of time before shipping. Believe it took around ten days to ship across the country. Could have had it out of China faster and cheaper

Purchased video camera that was listed as being in stock. They charged my card immediately. After 16 days, I still had not received a shipping notice or any other communication beyond purchase receipt. I called. "It's coming," they said. Waited another week. Still no notice. Contacted them again and requested refund. They honored it and issued refund. One star for taking my money (hundreds of dollars) and failing to ship a product they claimed to have in stock. But, I'm giving a second star for not forcing me to have to call my credit card company to get my money back.

No conformation when ordered. Shipping was good however I did not know when it was to arrive because of no order confirmation. Issue with remote controller. Called and spoke with Jessica who was to send me an email and a care package for my trouble. Several days went by with no reply. I called and left a message for her to call me. This was a week ago. Tried to call Jessica again and this time got her on phone. She was going to send me an email to start the process of a return. It’s been several weeks and still no email. Got Autel involved and now getting some satisfaction. Will never ever, ever buy from this company again. If you do you are on your own!!

Shipping took a week longer then they said it would. I also didn't get replies to my questions when I contacted 4k4less. I could see on Facebook messenger that my message was received, and looked at. But no reply came, ever. No one replied to my contact e-mail I sent to them as well. Decent pricing, but the lack of customer service makes you think your being scammed. Be sure to get a money back guarantee when you purchase from here.

Don't make an order with your smart phone. Never got a response that my order has been received but I saw that it hit my Bank account. Called several times and was on hold for over 15 minutes using the customer service option. After days of calling finally called the sales and get a response at all I was told was my order has been received and shipped nothing else. Very poor customer service will probably never use this site again

1. I ordered a drone and paid extra for 3-5 day shipping 2. I called 4k4less on the 5th day since I had not received my drone. They said it was because of a holiday and they would have it to me in 2-5 days. I argued that I had paid for it to be shipped to me by that day and I wanted it overnighted to me or I was canceling my order. They agreed it would be overnighted. 3. The next day, I still had not received my drone. I called back and they said it was because their warehouse was backed up. I understand things go wrong but now my I have to explain to my clients why I'm unable to complete their projects on time. I will not order from 4k4less again after this experience. They are unreliable
