I ordered a $900 camera on Tuesday afternoon and told the salesman that I needed it by Thursday at the very latest and he said it wouldn't be a problem with the 1-2 day shipping which cost an additional $49.99. I never received a confirmation number but my credit card was charged. I called Wednesday afternoon to ensure that everything was okay and that the camera was and the customer service rep ensured me all was well (after hanging up on me twice). I did receive a confirmation email after she transferred me to some other guy but it was from a company called Drones4Less but I still never received the promised FedEx shipping number. I called back that evening and was repeatedly routed to a place called Outback Cameras in Australia (no joke), and never got through to 4K4Less. Now today, I finally got in touch with customer service after waiting for 18 minutes and was told that it was packaged but they had yet to ship it. I went ahead and canceled the order, as this company is an absolute disaster and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Tried phone calls, left voicemail to return call and nothing. Paid extra for 2 day/overnight shipping, Didn’t get order before we left for vacation. Was more like 4 or 5 days. It’s now being held by Fedex and requires a signature. We are not home yet. No one was rude because we never spoke to a person. A refund of the extra shipping charges would be appreciated.

Received the wrong item of lesser value. After trying many times & many hours later I was able to talk to Jessica B. She was very pleasant. She promised me $15.00 refund (price difference) next day. I have email confirmation too. It has been a week now. No refund. Keep calling, no answer. Really bad experience. Shady business. I will also share my experience in Google rev. and social media. Never do business with this company.

3 weeks and i still do not have my lense that I ordered. This is the first email I have received. My guess is I will be sitting on hold for 1 hour again later in the week just to hear yeah that has not been shipped ...... cant wait

Pretty terrible. Don’t have items in stock and keep telling you “tomorrow”. I waited 30 days, then i cancelled!! Terrible Customer Service!!! Never buying from this store ever again..! Don't waist your time..!

Worst company, they don't want to honor an order because they did a mistake. They are liars telling that the product is out of stock. Don't do business with them.
