Do not trust this merchant! Ordered a $285.00 camera lens. My card was immediately charged the full amount, but after 1 week of no updates, I called the merchant and was told that item was not available. I called them multiple times for a refund and was told they were processing it, but more than a week later I have not yet received my refund. Of note, that same item currently remains on their site for sale. How lame! My 1st attempt to charge that purchase on my credit card was denied due to a fraud alert. I chose to ignore that fraud alert, and went through with the purchase, my mistake. They already had a bad reputation with my Mastercard, and I should have listened. Do not make the same mistake I did purchasing from this merchant.

Absolutely scammers! They sell you an "main" item (the bait) at a discount and they overprice accessories (the switch). They sent me (and charged me for) 2 of teh same accessories and DID NOT send me one of the items I ordered... I called to return item and inquire on missing one... they put you on hold for a long time, ask you a lot of questions and then, after 30/40 minutes they send you to a voice mail or the phone "mysteriously" get disconnected... Result... Did not receive one item I ordered ( $50) and have two of another one (extra $ 20)... there goes the saving on the mian item... :-)

Is this a legit company? I ordered a camera about two weeks ago. They took my money and i haven't heard from them since. I called and they said they would ship it, but i still haven't heard from them. Do i need to cancel the payment??

11-6-17 Been almost a month now first got sent the wrong order. Then took them almost a week to get a return label to return an Item that they sent incorrectly. To wait another week for them to receive it back. Before I could get the correct item sent to me. They promised to expedite shipping and yet I still have not received my order and I still do not have a tracking number for the reshipment that I was promised I'd have by today 11-24-17

I purchased a new DJI Phantom 3 Pro. I received a refurbished unit instead. I called, customer service, Jessica from CS asked for a picture of the refurb sticker on the box. Which I provided while on the phone. I verified she did receive the email. I was advised not to fly the drone until we cleared this up. 4 weeks later multiple emails, and attempts to reach 4k4 Less. Nothing but silence, no response at all! Extremely POOR follow up. False advertising. My experience has sucked. I'll never use this site again. Guess I'm screwed on the purchase. Sure hope this expensive thing flies.

Bought a lens, must be an imported one for that price (of coz they didn't say on website), i am fine with this, you always get what you pay. BUT, the hood has a half inch crack when received and multiple scratches. Definitely worse than a used one. 4K4less must be on a different planet with super gravity, so their time scrambles much slower. For me, it's been 9 days already. if you call, they will tell you the return label will be sent at the end of the day, nope, two days later, called again, told will be generated within hours, then nope. It looks it will be endless. I am not sure i will receive this label and return the $400 defected thing before next election. Thumb down! BAD experience!
