**********DO NOT PATRONIZE 4K4LESS!!!!******** THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SHAM How ironic that I got this email today, after spending time on the phone with my bank reporting 4k4less with a fraudulent transaction. Ordered a camera from their website, charge immediately appeared on my account. Received a phone call a week later stating the camera I ordered was out of stock, and they tried to up sell me a different model. Suspecting this was a bit shady, i declined the up sell and told them to credit my account. Needless to say, no credit ever showed up. I have called them on several occasions and was put on eternal hold every time. The only human I ever got a hold of would just transfer me to billing. This company is a sham, and after reading other reviews of people with similar experiences, I'm convinced that the good reviews were written by 4k4less staff. And I'm quite bothered that there is no option to give them zero stars, so I'm being forced to give them some credit when they don't deserve any. *******DO NOT PATRONIZE 4K4LESS!!!!!!!******** Wednesday December 20th, 2017

Actually no stars! Have not received package and have not been able to talk with anyone! Refuse to buy from this company!

Poor communication...that is, none!

Ripoff scammers. Charged my Visa card for drone and insurance for over $600.00 that was NEVER in stock..and .no longer manufactured,. 4K has my item proudly displayed on their Website. In stock, great Xmas item...all lies. Law states you cannot charge the card until item ships...and because once my card was charged I never received a confirmation...no tracking number...they hoped I would go away. I took a screen shot of my two orders and had Visa dispute the charges...becasue they NEVER pick up after you call customer service...leaving me in que for hours for one week...So I called back and hit Sales and got to two people who lied through their teeth about having charged my card as was their right?. When I let them know I work in law enforcement training legal compliance and was going to the Attorney General after them for Interstate Wire Fraud...my Visa was refunded. I reported them to Ripoff Report, to Consumer Complaints, to BBB and what do you know...seems' this one owner two companies almost the same address con man, makes a living off of selling items not in stock, and hoping people will give up. I am sure after my Social media to all my students, their bottom line took a BIG hit. Cannot wait to see what Attorney General does to close them down.

I’m bought a 3dr solo for $375 then was called several days later and told you they did have anymore. Next day I go on the website and they were selling for $899. What a terrible company, I’ll never purchase anything from them again.

Did not deliver ordered item. Money was refunded only after filing a claim with PayPal.
