I have had to call twice and my drone is still not delivered after 2 weeks. No communication! This has been ridiculous and poor customer serrvice!

PLEASE READ Be very careful! This company/ guy is a SCAM. I never wrote a review before but I don't want this man stealing anymore money. I never received item or refund. Its a phony, 1 man operation who list items that he does not carry. Tried to contact and the one time I got a hold of him he was very shady. He had me wait as if it was in another warehouse so he would not refund my money. After a dozen more attempts I begged for my refund and he never did. Lost 100 dollars which sucks but I hope no one else has money stolen by this thief. I will continue to post my experience with fake company to warn people. It is not right to steal hard worked money and continue to still exist. He needs to be shut down. I will do everything I can to make it happen.

Bad packaging experience! Damaged drone case (which aren’t cheap), missing 32 gb memory card, wrong plug to power up charger (Chinese plug does not work with American power sources). Still awaiting resolution and it’s been 2 weeks! Very hard to reach someone and then told to email issues at some email address which I did. So we will see how this is resolved, hopefully without needing legal action, and formal complaint filing.

As of today, about a month after ordering, and several calls and emails, I have not received my purchase or any indication as to when it might ship. I intend to reverse the charge this week on my credit card. Avoid this shop!

I ordered and paid for a Phantom4+ Quadcopter, aluminum case and accessory bundle for $1,875.00 through 4k4less. I did not receive the accessory bundle and so far I'm getting the run around from a company in the UK called dronesforless which apparently is their customer service dept. They claim to want to resolve the issue but nothing is happening to resolve it. I told them what was missing and they again asked me what was missing, which seem like a stall tactic. Then they asked me for photos of everything I received, including the shipping box, I sent the photos requested plus I added a photo of the shipping weight on the FedEx label, plus a photo of the entire shipment sitting on a scale showing the ship weight to be the same as listed on the shipping label. Now I hear nothing back from them. This was an expensive gift as it was and now a large part of it is missing. If I don't get the balance of my order soon I will be reporting them to my CC company as fraud. They've had time to resolve this if they were intending to. Maybe they are backed up and will eventually get this resolved but for now this is my rating for them.

I urge all of you not to purchase on 4k4less, because this is a store that you will doubt why it still exists in the world. I have the worst purchase experience there, ever, it's almost, totally like cheating. I purchased a camera on Thanksgiving, then can you guess, after one month, I still haven't received complete items. Are they really working? Does the company really exist? It's very frequent that I call them, then the agent will say such as, "You will receive the tracking number today", "You will receive the product by next Monday". Then, nothing happens. They just don't work, they just don't care about the customers. They may tell you to write email to them, but they never reply. I promise, they never check email. Each time, it's I call them, they never call me first, except the first time, they call me because they want to charge me money for the warrant. Please, I appeal all of you in front of the computer, don't purchase anything from them, you will regret if you purchase. Too bad, too irresponsible. Their business licence should be withdrawn. Unbelievably awful.

I would not recommend 4k4less. I ordered a dji drone and was sent a color i did not ask for. I requested a full refund and have yet to received it. They received the drone on the 15th. When calling customer service I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes at least 2 times.

I ordered a drone with you online at 28 of november (order number 47381) because you supposedly had it for sale. A week later I called you to know what happen because you didn't send me nothing and you told me that you do not have it in stock. I asked for a refound, this was 5 of December and I'm still waiting to have my refound I do not have my drone and I do not have my money back. I wrote them to many time and they always answer me that the refound is in process but is not true. I spend 850$!!! is not a game, it is a lot of money for me and I'm really worried about that. Horrible service center :(
