Made an order on Jan 31 and it's now Feb 14th and still no delivery. Come to think of it, no delivery, no follow up, no tracking number emails...nothing? Called a couple times and was told it was on it's way but on it's way doesn't help me. Money was taken from my account almost 2 weeks ago and at this point Im a bit concerned I got scammed. Thankfully I used PayPal so I feel Im a bit protected but really, to save $50 Im not sure it's worth it ordering from this company. I thought it was funny they sent me a review email but they couldn't send me a follow up email, an its out of stock email, tracking email, hey mate p*ss off email, nothing...but I got a review email so here it is. Very disappointed at this point and am giving them 1 more day before I contact the BBB and PayPal. Like I have time for all of that right? lol Good luck on ordering from this company.

Put in order, company says they never got it and never fulfilled.

Was told product was in stock.. after 3 calls it was not and after almost two weeks no product. Terrible run around, dishonest sales ppl.

I ordered a drone backpack on 1/15/18 and received an order confirmation. I have not actually received my item and can not get anyone to respond to my emails or phone messages. I’ve filed a dispute with PayPal and am waiting to here back. Don’t order from a company that doesn’t have any customer support. Learn from my mistake.

Terrible Seller. I ordered a backpack to cover my drone, and was waiting for a shipping confirmation. Instead, I had to log into the website and found out from looking at the order they were refunding me instead of sending me the item I bought. Then, when I wanted to buy it again they raised the price over a hundred dollars. Insane and unethical. Hard to buy from someone who cancels your order, doesn't let you know, then raises the price.

Horrible service, never received product and had to call over 5 times to get refund. They continue to sell products that they do not carry. I had to call them after waiting a month to find out they were out of stock. They stated that they will call back and never did. They told me after several calls I made, they would refund me but never did. Not until my 5th attempt and some unkind words I finally received my money. This business is a SCAM. Never again.
