You sent the wrong cartridge PG-285XL it should have been PG-295XL. I sent the order in March 16. I just opened the package and the wrong cartridge was sent. I talked to someone and they said it is only under a 30 day return policy and they can't do anything about it. I just opened the box today May 13th !!!!! I want the correct cartridge sent to me for free. ORDER # 06-000371041

Returns shipping is on you, plus they try for more money to order the correct item. Expect a long wait for wrong item and email.

Ordered Set of cartridges for my HP 6100e printer. Installed the three color cartridges. Received the message "Altered or Cloned Cartridges Installed"... Test print prints all colors in a muted yellow / brown... worthless, expensive ordered product!

Shipping is terrible, 2-5 days is not true same day ship is not true. Why do they use ONTRAC worst service. Ink is good and does work thank you. Ordered 2/6/26 received 2/17/26.

This is not a company I choose to do business with again. I would recommend placing your business in the hands of a trustworthy and honorable company, rather than one which pushes at all opportunities to squeeze you for more money.

Toner did not ship, they did not issue refund, been asking for a week now and they are lying about refunding it. Scammers.

I placed an order and 4inkjets charged my Visa immediately. 4 months later, i had not received the product and come to find out that they didn't have the product in stock, and had been waiting for it to become available. In the mean time i found product elsewhere and cancelled the order. A return was made to my Visa, but $10 less than the original charge, due to "exchange rates". Through many emails and phone calls, i was told they couldn't rectify anything due to the exchange rate...... So in other words, I lost $10 .... they did not care.

Called their customer service line to look for a package that was over two weeks late. They ship you off to a Call Center in the Philippines with account reps who can only speak broken English and can only read the script from their manual. They could not track the package or get me to anyone who could. I called three days in a row asking to speak with a Supervisor or Manager and was denied access every single time. Finally, I just cancelled the order and demanded that they refund my money. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ... Go anywhere else.
