No problems with the product but I was surprised after I ordered it I did not get an email confirming my order. The website also did not say anything about "Order received." Only when I checked my credit card statement and saw the charge was I able to confirm that the order when through. It would have been nice to get some sort of confirmation before then, perhaps with an estimated arrival date.
