Really terrible customer service. They sell faulty products and don't stand behind them. It's a shame, as they were my go-to ink site but it's back to Printpal for me. I have 2 cyan ink cartridges that my printer won't recognize and who knows how many more I bought from this site that I haven't tried to use yet. I contacted them back on June 12 about my issue and 7 weeks later I still don't have a refund or replacement, but they keep stringing me along. I'm starting to think this has become a scam site, but it used to be legit. Would NOT recommend purchasing ink from this site. I see from the other reviews I'm not the only one with this problem either.

I have ordered from this company for well over five years now with no issues. This past order has been a disaster. They only shipped half the order and one of the toner cartridges was faulty. I never received a shipping notification either. When I reached out, they asked for photo proof of what I received and then, once everything was satisfactory, they stated they send information to the warehouse to request the shipment be sent out. A week has gone by with not notification of shipping. I reached back out to customer service who stated they had not heard back from the warehouse. Since I have already pushed my print deadline out by a week, I requested a refund. They have lost a loyal customer.

This company doesn’t stand behind their products and they are scammers. I got over $300 worth of ink pods I can’t use because they didn’t send me the ink pod shells which is needed to use the ink. I have they chances to fix my issue but they refused to do so I wish I could give them zero stars.

horrible service. They said they were out of stock on my order a week after it was suppose to arrive. Don't be fooled by their competitive pricing. It's bait and switch.

Ordered products on 5/18, and approximately 10 days later received less than half my order with no explanation. Reached via e-mail and was told rest of order is on backorder but I would receive within 1-2 weeks. 6 weeks later, still no product or refund. PLEASE NOTE: It does not matter if items show in stock when ordering. Everything I ordered showed in stock. The company will still take your money without any explanation and not ship your product when they don't have it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Read online reviews and decided to order from them. Big mistake. Placed order via Paypal April 23. They promise fast shipping. April 30, no message that had been shipped. Couldn't reach by phone or email. Filed a claim through Paypal. Company answered them, said one of 4 cartridges I ordered was out of stock. Instead of reaching out to me to give me options, they simply didn't ship. When I told them via Paypal to partial ship, got no answer. Finally, May 11, inks arrived, without ANY branding or copy of invoice as to where they came from. Meanwhile I ordered inks elsewhere. So now I'll have >$50 of ink. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN

SCAMMED! They take your money and ship you nothing! There is no way to contact them. No one replies to emails or answers the phone or calls you back. Take your hard earned money and light it on fire instead.

DO NOT ORDER ANY ink from this company!!!! On April 16, 2024, I ordered $78.00 worth of inkjet cartridges that they never sent. It is now May 5, 2024. I called customer service twice, was put on hold for 20 mins. until the phone went dead on their end, never able to talk with someone. I also sent three email messages to customer service about why my order was never fulfilled and never got a response to any of them. BUT of course, they charged my credit card for the full amount. This is fraud plain and simple. I have since had my credit card company cancel the charge and I will never order from this company ever again!!
