They did absolutely nothing to improve my credit. They tried to make a claim of doing something I did personally. They claim to contact you in 90 days with a high credit score, they failed on that part of the contract. Dont expect a refund for their services even though they claim that they can raise your credit score if not you dont pay. The client manager talked down to me numerous time and laughed at me. You will spend more money dealing with this company than paying off your debt yourself.

I couldn't recommend this company 45 credit group more they're very transparent in every aspect they take their time to explain everything their friendly courteous and they fall through on what they say which nowadays speaks volumes for a company as companies are often good at promising things and doing another this is a stand-up company that I can't recommend more in the fact that they have fall through on everything that they've told me and more highly recommended they definitely set the gold standard to which others should be measured against

One of the worst customer-service experiences I’ve had with any company. My experience with 45 Day Credit Group has been extremely frustrating. The sales process made the 90-day warranty sound much more straightforward than it ultimately turned out to be, and I do not feel the limitations were explained clearly enough before I signed. Communication after enrollment was poor. My 30- and 60-day reviews were extremely brief, there was very little meaningful discussion of my progress, and I was never told during those reviews that they believed my warranty had been voided. Then, only after the 90-day period ended and I tried to cancel, I was told that utilization and mortgage inquiries supposedly disqualified me. The mortgage process had been specifically discussed before I signed, and I was told it would be okay. Their own dashboard ultimately showed only four total deletions and the 150-point collective threshold was not met. I also disputed continuing the service before another $150 payment was processed, but the charge was still taken. The biggest issue for me is the way this company communicates and handles expectations. I have worked with other credit-repair companies before, and the level of professionalism, communication, transparency, and customer care was significantly better. I am now having the agreement reviewed through Fort Riley Legal Assistance. Based on my experience, I would not use 45 Day Credit Group again and would strongly encourage anyone considering them to read every line of the contract and get every verbal promise in writing. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with any company!! Feels like a ripoff!

I just left a credit cleaning company that kept stringing me along, making promises and never came through for 6 months, Ken didn't make any promises, he got things done in 30 to 60 days, huge changes.
