42nd Street PhotoReviews of 42photo.com

I read a couple of reviews suggesting this place might be a bit unreliable- far from it! They are absolutely superb. I was looking for specific Bushnell binoculars, and on comparison sites this company came up almost half cheap. I was even considering getting these in Europe (i have family there, and travel over frequently), but the price offered by these guys there was simply no point. I know it's only one transaction, but it was so good (literally 'next day' delivery) i thought it only right to give them my thoughts.

I was very satisfied with this company, because despite the fact that only young specialists are working here, they are doing a good job, they can give you quality advice and advise you which model will meet your expectations and your wishes. Everything is cool!

I can only recommend 42nd Street Photo in NY!!! I borrowed a camera and equipment and was very, very satisfied. First a big thank you to the super friendly team and the good service! Such nice and helpful customer advisors are rarely found in New York. In addition, 42nd Street Photo has a very large selection of cameras, lenses and accessories that were all in top condition. I will definitely continue to use them and I'm looking forward to try out the next equipment.

A dream shop for any analog photographer. Has all sorts of equipment that you need for your analog photography. From high grade paper to development kits and chemicals. Has a great selection of films available too. The second hand cameras though are a bit on the expensive side but their quality is impeccable. Must-recommend-place.

42nd Photo provides the amateur astronomer with apochromatic refractors, high -quality binoculars and accessories. I ordered a Meade LX200 8" Schmidt-Cassegrain in the midst of the Corona crises. Alex was detailed in planetary viewing optics. My Meade boasts great wide-field high contrast images for the intermediate observer or astrophotographer. It is perfect for viewing or photographing the moon, planets and even deep-sky objects.

I have used 42nd Street Photo for years. Their personalize service is EXCELLENT as well as the quality of the photography equipment. They beat the big box prices by hundreds of dollars with no compromise in quality. Who doesn't want to save money? I love that they call you when you place an order to validate your need. I will continue to go to them for my photography equipment. Check their prices you will not be disappointed... I haven't.

B&H is B&H. They are a business that has the greatest collections of Photo/Film gear I have ever seen. People ask, why dont you order off amazon? Well, most of the time, B&H has incredible warrantys and has MANY great bundle deals. I love them so much, and have used them in every film purchase ever. -Gage

I purchased a Nikon p900 online. Was given a courtesy call just before it was shipped to let me have a update on the process ( the morning after I ordered it. It was ordered at 3am . By 10 am I received the call) . Shipping took a few days less than expected. And the product has operated flawlessly. I have no complaints.
