42nd Street PhotoReviews of 42photo.com

I have bought canon 70D and lens from 42nd street for a great price. Customer service has been splendid. Definitely, I will buy all the camera related products at this place.

I enjoyed the quick responses and knowledge to my inquiries. As there is so much glass out there to choose from, its hard to know just what lens to purchase. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and informative of options. I will definitely use them again for my next lens purchase.

My service with 42nd Street Photo was exemplary today. I wanted to find a deal for a camera lens that would match my budgetary concerns. When I spoke with the employee to meet this end, I was treated with care, respect and dignity in finding a quality product. I came away very impressed with how the procedure was employed.

Prices were great, service was excellent, delivery was prompt and accurate

42nd Street Photo offered prompt shipping and friendly customer service. I ordered accessories for my camera and was very pleased with all items. A member of the 42nd Street staff called to confirm my order and double checked by camera make/model to ensure the proper items were sent. Thank you!

I used 42nd street photo to buy a gift for a family member base on information found online. Ordering was simple with the help of staff that was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. Shipping was fast and accurate. I was most impressed when I received a follow up call to make sure I had my order and was satisfied with my purchase. I search and see adds like everyone else but found 42nd street photo to be competitively priced with service that exceeded my expectations. I recommend them without hesitation.

I have bought from another store that is now gone and searched for a new camera and lenses. Many of the online stores tried to sell me foreign versions of the camera I wanted, but 42nd street was upfront and explained all the ins and outs and I got a great deal, great service and have now purchased to high end cameras and lenses and could not be happier. thanks 42nd street Photo

Purchased a Panasonic DMC-FZ200K digital camera, 12.1 megapixel from 42nd street photo from their direct website. Despite the item being shipped cross country, the process went smoothly and no delays (even with my bank calling to ask if I indeed purchased something from New York). I would definitely order photo merchandise from these guys again. Am very happy with the service AND the camera is AMAZING!
