42nd Street PhotoReviews of 42photo.com

I've ordered from this company on a few different occasions. Every time it's a pleasurable experience as all of their employees are very knowledgeable of their products as well as their applications in the field. 5 stars!

Great delivery. Would buy from them again.

Very good shopping experience.Fast ,efficient, competitive and professional in every regard.

42nd Street photo has been great to deal with. Their team members have been very professional and have exhitibted customer centric recommendations. They provide personalized service and been transparent with regards to their products and warranties. My camera, lens and accessories have arrived in a timely manner as advertised and described. It is kind of funny how they deal in a "first name culture" of staff members, but you can tell these guys hustle and are very much concerned of how their customers feel about the service and products they are selling. I'd certainly recommend this seller, especially if you like to actually speak with the people who stand behind their sales.

When I ordered the 70-200mmTamron lens, Customer service is so helping they called me to check which which version I wanted, Agent gave the same price discount for USA version. That was excellent and also sent the shipment via Airmail.

After extensive research I called 42nd Street Photo for a price quote. Not only did I get a great price the customer service representative ask all the right questions making sure I got everything I needed to start shooting as soon as my camera arrived. I would recommend 42nd Street Photo to anyone.

42nd Street Photo was incredibly easy to order from. I knew the product I wanted but the customer service representative I contacted helped me understand what other accessories were available and how they could increase my product satisfaction. I will definitely purchase from 42nd Street Photo for my future needs!

If I need photography equipment, 42nd street is the only business I trust. Great people to work with.
