42nd Street PhotoReviews of 42photo.com

I needed a good walk around lens for my Canon camera. I was recommended the Canon 24-105mm F/4L lens by a photographer friend. I searched on line for the best price and found it at 42nd St Photo. They called me to confirm my order and their customer service was exceptional. I have purchased from them before and definitely will again.

42nd Street is a name I know from my dad buying cameras when I was young. When I started looking for a DSLR camera I was hesitant to buy over the internet but it was an excellent experience and the staff on the other end was very knowledgeable.

Excellent customer with great prices. Hoping to make future purchases and would definitely recommend to others.

I received my Olympus in excellent condition and was everything the sales person said it would be. I will buy there again.

I have used 42nd Street Photo several times for purchasing cameras in the past. Each time has been a excellent experience both in quality and customer service.

Called Adam and he worked with me to get the new camera I wanted. Was very helpful with all my questions about lens compatibility, memory cards, batteries, etc. I had to call back a few days after the purchase with a question and Adam was again very helpful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend 42nd St Photo, service, product and price are outstanding.

My experience with 42nd Street was excellent. I ordered a Nikon Coolpix P900 for an Alaskan Cruise from them. The customer service rep offered recommendations on the best memory card and a carry case based on my needs. Best price anywhere I researched. All arrived on time as promised and functioned perfectly. I certainly recommend 42nd Street Photo. If I recall correctly, a customer service rep called me to verify I had received my camera and asked if I was satisfied. Terrific customer service!

Just ordered a Canon camera. Very smooth transaction. Good price.
