Ed- We apologize if there was something you felt we could do better. We did in fact increase our pricing as all companies do in times of inflation. In terms of the customers trying to reach you we can not control who calls you but are always willing to take your feedback to attempt to get you the best leads. We are also willing to provide all documentation/proof of you agreeing to the monthly charges for all of the services that were rendered.

The website changes were made on 05/13 (the same day you called in). You are probably seeing your browsers saved history. Kindly go into your history and clear you cache. Otherwise, on a computer when the website pulls up you can hit "F5" on your keyboard. Hopefully this helps and if you have any other questions we are always here for you.

Parvreet - You paid a setup fee which is for us to create your marketing materials. The monthly fee starts 30 days after and this is the rate you agreed to pay monthly, without a contract, for us to maintain and optimize the marketing materials that were created for your business. With that being said phone calls will reach the maximum potential when placement on Google has been established which takes more than 2 months in a city with 500k population such as Surrey. We will contact you to discuss this further as we regret any misunderstanding that has occurred.
